From the Akron’s Children’s Hospital, Part A case, answer the following questions:
What is the management-research question hierarchy for Akron Children’s Hospital?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of an observation study for this research?
What does the brand promise recommendation reveal about what researchers experienced and concluded from their study?
If you were designing such an observation study, what would you direct researchers to record/look for/listen for?
What ethical issues would surface in hospital studies in general and this study in particular?

The shift to the information economy has changed the role of the manager in today’s organization.   Research has demonstrated that a majority of workers in this new knowledge economy are knowledge workers or workers whose work output is the result of thinking versus a physical process.  Discuss what skills today’s managers need in the knowledge economy that weren’t required a decade ago?

Students will reflect and apply concepts from Fundamentals of Project Management to create, analyze, and recommend appropriate project artifacts to enable a successful project. Directions for Students:
Students will select one project from a list of well-known, global projects (see list below), to capture, analyze, and recommend various project artifacts throughout the term. You are using a real-life, completed project for
which you will research the key components of the project. Throughout the semester each student will complete a project plan which entails various project management deliverables. Each deliverable will be due within one of the weekly modules/folders

Students will complete the following sections of their Project Management Plan and present them in the
designated assignment location (weekly module folders). Remember this is from a real project with real data,
that has been completed already. (You are not making up a new project.) Students shall utilize only the
templates provided to them within the course. Be sure to utilize APA 7th edition. This should be delivered as
a word document (no PDF documents)
Week 6: Deliverable 5: Risk Management Plan
Present the Risk Management plan for your selected project. It is to be created based on the information available based on the students research of the project topic and knowledge of project management. Once it is created based on the data available, it should be analyzed for areas of
improvement and recommendations. Remember to include the risk identification, analysis (probability
and impact), risk response strategy, etc. Templates for project communications plans are available
