The final paper requires students to research a variety of healthcare-related technology and present an academic paper. You must cite academic or professional sources using APA 7th edition format. An example of a product for health care education technology product would be the Canvas Learning System (name of the product). The following are the requirements for the final paper:

Instructions for Submission
The final paper requires students to research (you must use academic resources to search for information on the topic you select and include in-text citations according to APA7th ed. This link has instructions and examples of APA 7th
Instead of a reference list you must include footnotes with the sources in APA 7th
Students must describe one product that is a computer application, equipment or device used for each of the following four health care functions.
Health Care Administration/Management
Clinical Care and Health Care Delivery
Public Health, Epidemiology or Research
Higher Education or Professional Education
Note:  
You must describe a specific product not a type of technology and you cannot use the same technology, device, or product for more one than function.
For example, a student who wanted to discuss presentation software for administrative functions would describe Prizi or Microsoft PowerPoint specifically not presentation software in general. A student who wanted to discuss robotic surgery for a clinical function would describe a specific product such as the DaVinci surgical robot not surgical robotics in general.
The following depicts the kinds of products students can discuss for each function

3. Public Health, Epidemiology or Research – Describe a software application or computer technology product used for one of the following
patient education and support
public health
epidemiology
research
4. Higher Education or Professional Education
Describe a software application or computer technology product that is used for one of the following
Higher education in medicine, nursing, or other healing professions

Format
The paper should include each of these topic section headings (in bold) and address the four functions:
Each paragraph must be a minimum of 10 sentences
All answers must be doubled-spaced, typewritten, page number
All answers must be in full sentences.
Sentence structure must portray meaning and demonstrate understanding of the topic through proper use of relevant terminology
Must contain proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
You must use the correct APA 7th citation format when indicated for all statement of fact and to support any data presented
