In “college softball” academics is not the only thing becoming harder once you reach college, the quality of softball is greatly elevated as well. The fact of how hard a spot is earned given a spot on the field is only half the battle.Having a plan and locking in to it is key.  Academics is the most important part, this is how players have to maintain a certain gpa average to be allowed to play college softball.This is how its done, as a softball player you will always be traveling for games no matter what which makes it harder to maintain school work.This is why its better to make the best of their study hall as for example while instead of sleeping on the way to the game make use to catch up on homework. This article is written for future upcoming college athletes who are trying to balance good grades and prioritizing softball to help maintain a scholarship. The athletes have to become responsible and disciplined, flexible in adapting to new situations and mentally tough enough to handle the good and the bad.The head director for the softball college programs. Need to dictate an order of what needs to be changed in what goes on and off the field for the players.The unwavering amount that each player is having to even maintain a scholarship. I think staying fully devoted to this game isn’t an easy task. Not only is it hard but the players should be  given a certain type of luxury treatment once a week such as helping them prepare for the week prior, having someone wash their clothes, having special tutors,clean dorms and having a healthy diet. This can further improve the players not just academic wise but the board themselves would see a huge improvement in athletes.

A League – and a Field – of their Own: ACLU Wins Equality for Girls’ Softball League in Oregon

In “ACLU Wins Equality for Girls” the American Civil Liberties Union today announced the settlement of a groundbreaking lawsuit that allows a girls community softball team to have equal access to city playing fields. This does provide for softball in the city main outdoor sports complex and enables the girls league to host at least two tournaments annually. The ACLU is known as the American Civil Liberties Union.They had a lawsuit charged that the city’s athletic policy violated the fourteenth amendment to the United States Constitution as well as a state constitutional guarantee of gender equality and the state public accommodations law. The crazy part about this, the city ended up settling and founded non discrimination.This article is written in regards that under the terms of the settlement, the city will improve the girls playing field and install new fencing to improve the seating, benches, and any and all quality. The goal is to enhance the girls softball program by upgrading any poor tools. The American Union itself needs to induce a different type of support.The impact of support that is needed in today’s society, how there should be gender equality. This is a problem that has been pointed out for years since mankind has appeared. There should be no difference as to why there can’t be as much done just like Union appear to see an opinion of their own. The part about this is how come the main board committee and the judge itself are all men. What is needed now is change, we should protest more than just dedicating a field, we should put up flyers, adjust billboards to female sports. Even conduct a special sports channel dedicated to women sports only

In “Oak Ridge Schools, claim gender discrimination”This is a school in tennessee. As your average school players,there is always a parent that pays more attention and is more than often involved in their child’s sport or playing.As of September 21,2023 the parents of their minors daughters have filed a suit against defendants of Oak Ridge School District Board of Education claiming that the softball teams are not treated equally to the baseball teams. Oak Ridge Schools officials allow more funds to go to boys sports compared to the girls sports according to the suit, This is why parents have asked for the schools itself to acknowledge the unequal treatment in violation of Title IX and provide girls sports programs with equal treatment.  This article is written based on gender roles that show more dominance in boy sports at Oak Ridge. The parents of softball team members also must purchase the necessary supplies,including uniforms.The lawsuit claims that the baseball program receives more and higher quality equipment including fielding screens and a ball cart. This should be one of the biggest lawsuits that shows a huge reason as to why there needs to be equal treatment between male and female sports. This should be taken beyond than the school board. Spread a message around the states how huge of a deal it is to discriminate against women. It Has been proven not once nor twice but several times that women are just not as good. I think allowing respect to be shown in the public and an apology announcement from the school that this should never happen again in history and if otherwise should be shut down immediately.

Watch the attached video regarding Sha’carri Richardson’s elimination from the 2020 Olympics.  THC is a controversial drug as it seems to be non performance enhancing but yet still banned.  It is legal in several states in the US. Every student is responsible for identifying and reading a book of her/his choice on the topic of leadership within organizational settings. There is no specific requirement for the book each student chooses other than that the book must be about leadership within organizations. Students will develop a PowerPoint (or equivalent) presentation wherein they provide an extensive review of the book they chose.
