Objective and Purpose: The theories and concepts studied in this course are most beneficial when
applied to real-life experiences. The diagnostic paper aims to provide you with a practical lens to view
your life through the principles of organizational behavior.
Task Description: In this assignment, reflect on an organizational issue you’ve encountered in the past.
The term “organizational” is broad – you can choose an experience from a summer job, sports team,
school group, or any scenario where collaboration was essential. Select a problem, describe, and
diagnose it using course concepts, outline the contributing factors, and discuss how applying these
concepts could have led to a more effective resolution.
Key Questions to Address:

Research paper on Feminist Therapy; based on the study of psychological theories and
using the textbook, Theory and Practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy by  Gerald Corey.
10th ed. Feminist Therapy is on Chapter  12.  Must be referenced. Seven references total, 
must also use references from Carolyn Zerbe Enns who co-edited the book Psychological
Practice with Women: Guidelines, Diversity, Empowerment, which focuses on 
applying the American Psychological Association guidelines to diverse groups of women.  
Also need to reference Laura S. Brown’s Subversive Dialogues: Theory in Feminist Therapy. 
Rubric is as follows: – Student outlined the theory’s history and development.
Student cohesively laid out the major priniciples of the theory.
Student discussed the theory’s limitations and future directions.
Student discussed practical uses of the theory in therapy settings.
Follow standard APA formatting rules. 7th ed. (font, heading, citations, etc.)
Include reference page listed in APA format.

Student papers should include all of the information from the prior paper
assignments. However, that information should be restated and likely abbreviated to meet the page length
requirement of 6 – 7 pages. In addition, in the introduction, describe the problem of interest, the prior
research (from the literature and summaries) as well as the associated hypothesis or hypotheses. The
Methods and conclusions should be included as separate sections along with the bibliography (i.e.,
reference list). The following questions may be helpful to you in describing the problem of interest:
 How would you improve the research who reviewed? If you were to do them over again, describe
what changes you would make and why these changes would improve it.
 Based on what you have read and learned in the course draw intellectual conclusion(s). Give your
opinion about the issue. Why is this research important? State what all this means for the
behavior/phenomenon. How does research in this area impact human life, policy or future
research? How does this research compare to your personal life experiences? Does the
research/theory match what you have experienced in the real world?
All of these paper assignments should use APA style formatting including double spacing, 11- or 12-point
font; Times New Roman, Arial, or other serif font; and one-inch margins. Correct grammar and spelling

Discussion- Pulling It All Together
During the course of this semester we have spanned the origins of cognitive psychology, sensation, perception, attention, memory, language, problem-solving, reasoning, individual differences, culture and more. What are the ideas that have been impactful for you? What ideas would you like to revisit and what ideas do you find prominent in your daily life?

I’m unsure how to do the assignment due to some issues with my timetable and teacher changes, but i don’t really have time to do the assignment while asking around so i need help to finish it. I included everything that’d be needed for the assignment.
