This is where your final point total for your research experience will be tracked. This is also where you should upload your research reviews if you choose to complete the requirement using that option.
Reviews should be 1.5-2 pages (double spaced and no MLA headers) which would be about 400 words and include a discussion of the background, sample, method/procedure, results, and conclusions described in the article as well as your impressions of the value of the research, strengths and weaknesses of the study, etc.

Personal Reflection Overview
The purpose of these assignments is to use journaling as a method to examine personal experience as it relates to being a student of integrative mental health. Reflective journaling allows you to review your own experiences, explore vulnerable areas, analyze your actions, thoughts, feelings, questions and discover learning needs. 

The instructions are already attached try to avoid using in text citations or quotes. The videos are attached for each question you’ll base your answer off of the text in these videos

Examples may include creating a Vision Board highlighting the various areas of personal growth and the main lessons or tools you plan to utilize for each; creating a poem, Spoken Word, or art piece that represents how the course has helped you grow from the beginning of the semester to the end, Podcasts, videos, or other resources that can help you maintain healthy Personal Growth moving forward, or any other compilation that allows you to express your Personal Growth experience and expectations moving forward.
You will have the option of doing a presentation in class to share the significance and meaning behind your piece, or you will need to submit the item with a reflection explaining the underlying meaning of the item and the symbolism that exists within the piece.  
Items will be graded based on their creativity, introspection, self awareness and inclusion of key concepts and tools that can reflect and support your ongoing personal growth.

ach student will be required to choose a recently published social psychology article from an academic journal. The article can be chosen from the library or any online database.  It should be written in APA style and should include all the required segments with proper citations. It must be 5 to 6 pages long. It should be well-organized and well-structured paper with proper English and grammar.

For this final assignment, pretend you have been hired by a governance organization – your client can be the federal government, a foreign government, a state or city government, a corporate or NGO board of directors, even a student government. They want your behavioral insights to help them address some issue – it can be a problem they have, an attempt to make improvements somewhere, or an enhancement in the lives of people whom their policies or projects affect. 
Please explain who it is you are working for/with and why they might have approached you. Please explain what the problem is, and who might be affected (it is sometimes easier to focus on a specific group rather than the entire population). As relevant, please identify, concretely, which specific judgments, decisions, or behaviors you are addressing, and what the main bottlenecks are, currently. Please explain, concretely, how your insights and ideas could make a difference.

Please refer to at least 5 concepts from our course that you think are relevant and may prove useful to your proposed approach. Explain carefully what concepts and ideas you are using, and why you think they are relevant and might help. Please use these judiciously, and explain – merely making mention of terms is not helpful.
Your proposal can include novel ideas and interventions, as well as revisions of actual, existing policies that, in your view, might be lacking from a behavioral perspective. You are encouraged to be creative and original. At the same time, you should be sensitive to whether your proposals, as far as you can tell, are viable from a legal / ethical / logistical perspective (For example: Is local government allowed to impose a particular restriction? Are there enough facilities to allow a proposed new intervention? Are these interventions ethical?) Of course, we do not expect you to be an expert on all ethical, legal, and logistical matters – just be sensitive to, and mention, where certain ethical / legal / logistical challenges may need to be addressed to make the proposal feasible.
Your paper should be roughly 5-7 pages (double spaced). Naturally, a project like this does not have “right” or “wrong” answers.  We are looking for behavioral insights and creativity, and effective research and argumentation relying on the rich material you’ve encountered throughout the semester. You work for a large corporation in human resources as a psychologist.
