this is the continiuing assignment for the previous one you completed for me for psychology. This assignment is worth 30 points. To earn all 30 points you must create a word document and in it provide me with the approved topic for your APA paper and links to the three complete versions of the academic articles you plan on using for your paper. In addition, you must create short summaries of each academic article you plan on using. Each article link is worth 6 points and your summaries are worth 4 points each, adding up to 30 points in total. If your links do not work or are for non academic articles, you will not receive credit for them. Please make sure to look over any comments and feedback I provide you as this is meant to help you with your paper.

“Behavior Improvement, Inc.: Empowering Families through Applied Behavior Analysis Services” “Ethical Standards for Behavior Analysts: A Comprehensive Guide”
For this assignment, you will create an informative brochure for your new practice and include a Kaltura video sharing information about your practice. Get as creative as you would like — this is your business, and you want to engage your audience.
Read the following scenario, and then create your brochure and video recording using the instructions below the scenario.
You are a “shiny new” Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Just 5 days ago, you took your certification exam and received the news that you had passed. Since having a private practice has always been your dream, you have already set up your website and begun advertising.
The phone rings, and you answer, “Good morning, Behavior Improvement, Inc.”
The woman calling states that she has been trying to locate an ABA service provider who can work in the home with her 4-year-old son who has just recently been diagnosed with autism. She explains that she does not know how to deal with the tantrums, rigidity, and non-compliance. She asks, “Are you accepting new clients?”
You set up an appointment to meet at her home to discuss what ABA can do for her child and family. First, you prepare an informative brochure that you can leave with her and use in advertising your new practice. Then, create a video recording of your conversation with the woman, describing the information found on your brochure.
Part 1: Brochure
Your brochure should be, at minimum, a tri-fold document. You must use at least three academic references to support the assertions made in the brochure. Provide in-text citations in APA format. For this assignment, you will use the provided brochure template and provide a separate reference page from your brochure, in APA format, and on a Word document.
The following are items and/or questions you will want to address in your brochure on ABA services:
General ABA information
• Identify the differences between mentalistic and behavioral approaches to therapy.
• Discuss positive and negative reinforcement.
• Discuss the use of data collection to determine treatment effectiveness and modify behavior plans or skill programs.
• Discuss functional behavior assessments (FBA) and how this relates to individualizing treatment based on function.
• Discuss the importance of individualizing plans.
Specific information on services you provide at your organization:
• Do you offer home-based services? Do you offer office-based services? Where do you deliver your much-needed services?
• Do you offer training for parents, teachers, and others on behavior plan implementation and data collection?
• What payment options can you offer; what insurance do you accept; what payment plans can you work out?
• Provide a statement regarding the frequency and length of therapy sessions.
Ethical standards for ABA
Now that you have presented the ABA therapy process, or the ABA professional’s “operational definition” of services, it is time to discuss the ethical standards that guide your work with clients. This section is a good place in the brochure to include a non-discrimination statement (if you accept Medicaid, you will be required to include such language), languages you speak, and culture-sensitive approaches.
Utilize the BACB’s “Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts”
• Identify the ethical and professional standards of professional applied behavior analysis related to client services in the following areas:
o Professional competence
o Confidentiality and limits to confidentiality
• Explain how professional competence can be ensured.
• Discuss confidentiality and limits to confidentiality.

“TAT Image Analysis: Module One Journal”
Overview
Theorists have devised many ways to assess personality. The Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) is one of them. You will learn more about this test in the next module. For a little background, the TAT was designed to be a projective test where subjects are provided with intentionally vague or ambiguous images that require the use of the imagination to tell a story.
In this module, you will look at an image and tell the story of what you think is happening and take a mock TAT. There is no right or wrong answer. In the next module, we will use a psychoanalytic perspective to review your responses to the questions below from the psychoanalytic lens.
Prompt
Select an image from the Module One Journal Images Word document and use the Module One Journal Template Word Document to answer the following questions. Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
Identify the image (A–E) that you selected.
Describe what happened before the image was taken. Your response should be about 2 to 3 sentences in length.
Describe what is happening in the image. Your response should be at about 2 to 3 sentences in length.
Describe what the subjects are feeling or thinking in the image. Your response should be about 2 to 3 sentences in length.
Describe what will happen next. Your response should be about 2 to 3 sentences in length.
