Social Problems Affecting Families
The discussion for this week will focus on social problems that affect families in your community, such as poverty, child abuse, mental illness, domestic violence, substance use, and single-parent households.
Please respond to the following:
Identify and describe one social problem that affects families in your community.
What, if anything, has been done to address the problem in your community?
Discuss how you, as a human services professional, can influence this problem.

Using the two articles from the Topic 5 and 6 assignments, choose the article that best explains research methods used by psychologists, including the advantages and disadvantages.
In 500-750 words, apply concepts learned in this course to make an argument why the article is the best option. Use APA format, citing evidence from the article.
Include the following:
Is the study replicable? (Was it actually replicated — if not, could you replicate it?) What is the evidence for its replicability?
If the research is outdated, then how does it relate to a modern media claim? Would the study need to be altered?
Is the study in generalization mode or theory-testing mode? Explain how this affects the types of validities prioritized.
Explain how the study is important in the real world and how it advanced research. Then find two additional scholarly and peer-reviewed articles that extend the research. Summarize the articles and explain how the research was replicated and extended.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. Including a properly formatted reference page and in-text citations.

Once you find your article, write a 1000-1500 word paper in APA format, following these steps:     
Be sure the topic of the article directly relates to one of the topics in any chapter of the textbook. If the topic is not related, you cannot earn credit for this assignment.

After reviewing the most recent scientific literature regarding the debate with the determining factors of human behavior, identify at least six positions of different authors. Within the different theories, you must include arguments that support both sides of the debate. There could be three opinions in favor of biological inheritance and three in favor of environmental conditioning. These arguments should be presented in essay format.

Please watch this video clip from Lego Masters season 4. One of the contestants is named Christopher. Write down or record the assumptions that you are making about Chris in the video. After reading Chapter 1, review the assumptions that you made about Chris in the video. Write down or record what heuristics or attribution errors that you may have used or made when you first watched the video.

This is for my finals
My paper is basically replicating the paper I have provided but adding the abstract, results ( which have no actual data so no numbers just predictions but it will be described as if we’re actually doing the data) and discussion. Any unclear info is found in the presentation slides along with the hypothesis, IV and DV. Overall the paper just need to polish and be very detailed within the method section, how the 3 resources connect.
