Then, pose questions that demonstrate your curiosity about quality and effectiveness of the program; expand further on how you might go about answering those questions (i.e., gathering credible evidence) through a proposed evaluation design. Finally, explain how you would be able to justify conclusions and to whom and how would you share what was learned. This is all pretend but a practice exercise in how you apply the steps to an active program.
