I am writing a final essay of up to 2500 words, it is worth 100% of the final grade. Essay questiion:
Critically assess Lenin’s argument that Imperialism is the Highest stage, or eventual outcome, of capitalism.
I have included an in detail marking scheme file for the assessment, as well as a super in detail plan which also has the necessary resources for the referance list, please do follow it. I hope to score 85% in my assessment. Do NOT overstep the 2500 word limit.

Critically reflect on the following reading:
Elson, D. and Cagatay, N. (2000) ‘The Social Content of Macroeconomic Policies’, World Development, 28(7):1347-64.
And then address the following questions:
What is meant by the social content of macroeconomics? How does it differ from the mainstream approach?
What are the three biases that prevent transformative perspectives in macroeconomics? Why are they significant for women’s economic status?

In an  essay, compare and contrast the political regimes of Iran and Turkiye 
Questions to consider in your paper:
How does the history of each country contribute to their existing political system?
What role do demographics and geography play in each country?
What is the actual structure of the government like (parliamentary democracy, authoritarianism, theocracy, etc.)? Does the existing system work for the country? Between the two countries, which system seems better, and why?
What challenges does each country face? Consider economic issues, social issues, foreign policy, etc.

Remember, your primary task is to compare the two countries. So you should be evaluating both within the same paragraph (in other words, don’t dedicate the first half of your paper to one country and the second half to the other…you should be analyzing both systems throughout your whole essay). 
You will need to do external research to complete this paper.  I don’t want to see Wikipedia, history.com, or Encyclopedia Britannica listed as a source in your bibliography…

An A paper will effectively compare and contrast the two countries, analyzing the successes and challenges of each and anchoring the comparison around a central, guiding argument (thesis).

The topic of the final dissertation is To what extent does e-democracy have an impact and change the interaction of civil society with governmental institutions in Ukraine?
Construct a detailed analysis of the academic litreture, secondary data collected and applied that will form the main part of the final dissertation . The findings are to be methodically summarised and presented, using graphs and/or tables, without including irrelevant details. Any unexpected results have been explored further. The implications of the findings for the research question are to be discussed in detail. Convincing conclusions about the research question are drawn and it is clear how these academic data will be answering the following research objectives:
1.Analyze the role and significance of the e-participant as part of e-democracy in the process of forming a socio-politically responsible society in Ukraine; 
2.Characterize the current state, level of development and specific existing elements of e-democracy in Ukraine 
3.Identify the main problems and barriers that hinder the implementation, dissemination, development and widespread use of e-democracy in Ukraine, and also suggest possible ways to solve them 
4.Compare the methods and cases of implementing e-democracy in the leading democratic countries and summarize the gained information for the formation and possibility of their implementation in Ukraine. 
5.Based on the analysis and collected data, determine and predict possible scenarios for the development, strengthening and modification of e-democracy in Ukraine

You MAY anticipate a likely outcome of a proposed strategy. For example:

A few general pointers for your report:
Make sure that you begin your paper with a Title and BLUF (bottom line up front). In a sentence or two, simply answer the question and tell why it’s important. It is often better to do your research and find your citations before you compose a BLUF.
The body of the paper should provide evidence that supports the BLUF, nothing else. Cite with zotero.
Simplify your grammar and structure. Intelligence writing has a simple, clear style. We often share assessments with foreign intelligence or non-native speakers. Avoid run-on sentences, passive voice, and mixing tense in your writing. For events that occurred in the past, use simple past tense. Conditional present continuous (ex. “ISIS would be gathering support for the next 4 years”) is confusing. Even if your grammar is technically correct, please make event sequence as clear as possible.
Your conclusion should be a logical extension of the evidence you provided. Do not introduce totally new concepts in the conclusion. Keep the logic tight. Tell me why the evidence you provided is significant, interesting, of concern, or predictive in some way. This is your evaluation of the evidence or data. What do you as an analyst add to the reporting? It does not have to be earth-shattering. Maybe your judgement is:
