The absence of assessment tools in counseling increases a counselor’s risk for liability. Without accountability or measurement, a counselor would lack direction, focus, and structure and become vulnerable to implementing inappropriate interventions. Therefore, assessment is a vehicle used to provide quality services and safeguard the parties involved from deviating from the client’s problems.
Imagine you are a counselor conducting an intake interview with a client. What types of assessment questions would you include for the psychosocial history of the client? Why?
Imagine the client brings results of previous psychological testing with them. How will you determine if the test results are meaningful, useful, and an accurate assessment of the client?

You will do one data set and one graph for each design type listed here. Each graph must be properly labeled (i.e., ordinate, abscissa, behavior, title, etc.), and a caption explaining the graph must be provided. Please do one data set and graph per tab (i.e., one spreadsheet will have 4 tabs) and label the tabs with the design type.
We read Applied Behavior Analysis third edition by cooper, heron, Heward .. Chapter 10 only and we read Strategies and Tactics of Behavioral Research and Practice 4th edition Chapters 10 and 11 by Johnston, Pennypacker, and Green and then a pdf handout that I will attach. You don’t have to read all of these but perhaps they will help you understand the graphing that is needed. You can download the books for free on Z-Library.

HIM professionals are often responsible for the management of processes in relation to state and federal laws, as well as being a leader to enforce them. The concepts of leadership and management is somewhat of a controversial issue. Some believe the concepts are very much the same, while others think they are completely different. Leadership is often thought of as an influential force. For instance, one who possess the ability to change organizational culture, create opportunities, and inspire. Management, on the other hand, enforces the change. Some would say that leadership is doing the right thing and management is doing things right. What do you think of this statement? Explain how this information is important to managing federal and state laws, particularly in relation to employee relations and potential ethical issues.

Interview
As an aspirant of a graduate study in professional counseling, you must be aware of the criteria or requirements for enrolling and participating in a graduate program in professional counseling. Prepare a report about these requirements.
To obtain the information for your report, conduct a direct interview of a current graduate student or a faculty member in a professional counseling program. Inquire about the enrollment guidelines. Discuss the preferred areas of study and the experiences you may encounter. Explore the activities you will engage in as part of your learning experience. Discuss whether there are any program requirements that might be difficult for you to meet. Inquire about the barriers in meeting these requirements.
Finally, write a synopsis of the outcome of the interview.
It is a good idea to prepare and structure the questions for the interview in advance.

The terrorist attacks upon the United States that were perpetrated on 11 September 2001 received the lionshare attention, principally, as an act of irregular warfare upon the American homeland. That, however, is not the whole of the story. Blendon et al. (2002) and Richman et al. (2004) reported upon the emergence of considerable medical and psychological problems, following the al-Qaeda terrorist attack, including a rather sizeable incidence of respiratory difficulties, alcoholism, cancer, work-related issues, trauma-based cases of anxiety and depression, phobias and other psychological disorders. In the paper to follow, the emergence and response to medical and psychiatric disorders shall be explored as the unreported story of the 9/11 attacks.
