As a new manager, what are some tactics you could employ to improve employee morale in your organization? Why is it necessary to understand and react to unhappy employees?

Groupthink model and group decision-making failures: Discuss the proposition that Janis’s groupthink model adequately accounts for failures in group decision-making. What are the main features and causes of groupthink? What are the symptoms and consequences of groupthink?
