State your practice question in PICOT format. (MY PICOT- In adult patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at a primary care clinic, does implementation of the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program, compared to current practice, impact fasting blood glucose, over 8-10 weeks?)
State the title of your Project: The title should inform and engage the reader and must be succinct. The title should include the intervention and the anticipated outcome and may include the population. (Please do not include abbreviations in the title.) Examine the problem at the practicum site and evaluate the gap in practice you will address with this project. To examine the problem at the practicum site and evaluate the gap in practice, you would first have to do the following:Identify the Problem: Begin by clearly identifying the problem or issue at the practicum site. This could be related to inefficiencies, gaps in service delivery, outdated processes, or any other challenge that hinders the optimal functioning of the organization (Bemker, Ralyea, Schreiner, 2021).
Conduct a Needs Assessment: Perform a needs assessment to gather information on the current state of affairs. This may involve interviews, surveys, observations, and a review of relevant documents (Bemker, Ralyea, Schreiner, 2021). Understand the perspectives of different stakeholders to get a comprehensive view.
Analyze Current Practices: Examine the existing practices and processes that contribute to or exacerbate the identified problem (Bemker, Ralyea, Schreiner, 2021). Look for patterns, root causes, and any systemic issues that may be contributing to the gap in practice.

The Scenario:
Healthcare workers face a significant risk of violence from patients, families, and visitors. This violence can take many forms, ranging from verbal abuse and threats to physical assault. This assignment will utilize the Cochrane Library, a trusted source of high-quality healthcare evidence, to explore research on this critical issue.
The Task:
Search Strategy: Access the Cochrane Library (https://www.cochranelibrary.com/Links to an external site.). Develop a focused search strategy using relevant MeSH terms (Medical Subject Headings) and keywords to identify systematic reviews addressing workplace violence in healthcare settings.
Here are some MeSH terms and keywords to get you started, but feel free to modify and expand your search:

Pulmonary Function:
D.R. is a 27-year-old man, who presents to the nurse practitioner at the Family Care Clinic complaining of increasing SOB, wheezing, fatigue, cough, stuffy nose, watery eyes, and postnasal drainage—all of which began four days ago. Three days ago, he began monitoring his peak flow rates several times a day. His peak flow rates have ranged from 65-70% of his regular baseline with nighttime symptoms for 3 nights on the last week and often have been at the lower limit of that range in the morning. Three days ago, he also began to self-treat with frequent albuterol nebulizer therapy. He reports that usually his albuterol inhaler provides him with relief from his asthma symptoms, but this is no longer enough treatment for this asthmatic episode.

Select either an administrative information system or a clinical information system currently used within your organization. Create a PowerPoint Presentation and address the following requirements:
