    Creating and making effective professional presentations requires specific skills and proficiency, and one’s strengths and weaknesses influence the ability to present professional presentations effectively. One strength of mine in creating and delivering effective professional presentations is my ability to apply creativity, which enables me to grab the attention of my audience from the start to the end of the presentation; I use creativity to organize my presentation in a way that it flows and connects appropriately, and uses catchwords to gain the attention of my audience, get them interested in the presentation and engrossed in the presentation to the end. I also maintained good eye contact with the audience and occasionally tell jokes that connected with my presentation to interest them. Also, I use tone, pitch, voice, and volume that enable my audience to connect with the presentation and structure the presentation so that it flows (Hagler, 2022).
    My weakness is that sometimes I get caught up in speaking anxiety, which sometimes can affect my presentation. One way to improve my strength is to continue engaging in more presentations, knowing that the more I engage in presentations, the more I will be able to perfect my creativity skills. Also, one way to address my weakness is to take time to rehearse my presentation and master the content prior to making the presentation (DiBartolomeo, 2022). Continuous engagement in presentations and practicing my presentation prior to making the presentation will go a long way in helping to perfect my presentation skills and make effective presentations in a formal setting (DiBartolomeo, 2022).
