Knowing that an important first step in implementing change is to
evaluate and document the current process, you tell your manager this,
but he or she says “there is not enough time to do this.”
How would you make the case to you manager that skipping this step
may not provide the outcome that the manager is looking for in this new
process?

A theoretical framework is a conceptual organization that offers a framework for comprehending and delving into a study issue. It is a collection of ideas, presumptions, and claims that make up a style of thinking about and comprehending a certain reality. The theoretical framework acts as the theoretical framework for the research study and aids in directing the research questions, hypotheses, and research methodologies. A review of the prior literature, including theories, concepts, and empirical investigations pertinent to the research subject, forms the basis for the development of the theoretical framework. Its goal is to give readers a thorough knowledge of the research subject, including its context, significant variables, and interrelationships between those variables. Theoretical frameworks can draw from a single theoretical viewpoint or combine multiple theoretical viewpoints to give.
Developing a theoretical framework for research.
Identify the research issue that currently affects FNP practice. The research problem and the research questions should be stated from the outset. Your theoretical framework’s breadth and focus can be determined with the use of this. Your research interests, the current state of knowledge in your field, and the applicability and significance of the issue to FNP practice must all be taken into account when determining the study challenge.
Develop a   PICOT Question.
Review the Literature That Is Relevant: Conduct a thorough analysis of the literature that is pertinent to your research issue. You can use this to find important ideas, theories, and empirical studies that apply to your research. To do your literature evaluation, you must use scholarly databases, search engines, and citation networks. Recent research, particularly ground-breaking works and the most recent developments in your subject, should be covered in the literature review (At least 3 literature review, Please example below).

This could entail changing the operational definitions of the variables, the hypotheses, or the conceptual model. You must improve your theoretical framework and add to the body of knowledge in your field by using the findings of your empirical research.
