Develop a scholarly paper that

5.     The
scholarly paper should be 5-6 pages excluding the title and reference pages.
6.     The
paper should include level 1 and level 2 headings.
7.    
The paper should begin with an
introductory paragraph that includes the purpose statement.  The introductory paragraph and purpose
statement allow the reader to understand what the paper/assignment is going to
address.
8.     The
paper should include a conclusion.
9.     Write
the paper in third person, not first or second person (meaning do not use ‘we’
or ‘I’ or “you”).
10.  Include
a minimum of three (3) references from professional peer-reviewed nursing
journals (review in Ulrich Periodical Directory) to support the paper. Students
may use the course textbook in addition
to scholarly journals. ***Historical
references may be used as appropriate. (Definition of historical reference:
reference to a well-known person, place event or literary work that adds
meaning to the paper.)
11.     APA
format is required (attention to spelling/grammar, a title page, a reference
page, and in-text citations).
12.     Submit
the assignment to through the Canvas assignment link to Turnitin prior to the
final submission, review the originality report, and make any needed changes.
13.     Review
the originality report and make any needed changes.
14.     Submit
to Canvas by the posted due date.

Find a current agency practice protocol or clinical practice guideline related to your group’s clinical problem (laboring women). You will use this CPG/protocol to evaluate and confirm the rationale for the proposed intervention or EBP change.

The clinical problem I chose was “In laboring women, how does non-pharmacological interventions compared to opioid medications affect pain management within one hour following membrane rupture?”

Medication Error Reflection Part I: Self-Reflection 
Medication
Administration is a serious responsibility of the Registered Nurse.
Medication errors happen frequently, and sometimes patients pay a high
price for a nurse’s inattentive mistake. Sometimes, the nurse can pay a
high price for their mistake such as in the case of the Tennessee RN
convicted of negligent homicide when she administered the wrong
medication to a patient resulting in death.  
Read this article about a nurse found guilty in an accidental injection death of a 75-year-old patient,
and then reflect on your own experience as a healthcare worker to see
if you remember when a medication error may have happened. Was the error
serious, or was it a “near miss?” What was the outcome if it was a real
error, and how could it have been prevented? How did reading the
article make you feel? What was your initial reaction to it?

The expectation is 4 (four) references presented in APA7 format (in-text citation and reference list).
These references may be taken from the readings provided on the Moodle (via the Assessment eBook and the online lessons).
References must be from credible sources, including material from Government and related Organisation websites, however peer-reviewed articles are not required.
You are to complete the four questions by writing extended responses.  This does NOT mean an essay.
For each question you should follow the guidelines in the rubric.
The overall word count should be 1,500 words (+/- 10%), recommended word counts for each question are given below, but you are not required to follow each of these.
Overall it is expected that you will provide 4 (four) credible references to substantiate your explanations and answers. The referencing style to be used is APA7.
Your document can be set out in any way you wish, however:
Your document must be either in MS Word.doc or as a .pdf (Turnitin will not accept .rtf, .txt or .pages format)
You are advised to NOT rewrite each question out in full as this uses up valuable words, just number each response clearly.

Students are required to complete a Term Paper on mental health, nursing management and available community resources. A minimum of three credible references relevant to the topic (within the past five years) must be utilized in the paper. The paper must be typed with 1” margins, double spacing and a 12-point Times Roman font. The paper should also include a reference list. The American Psychological Association format must also be utilized for the paper. The paper should be between three and five pages in length (not including cover page, abstract, references, exhibits, etc.). There are a lot of classification abbreviations for heart failure patients. You are to first define each classification per the AHA current guidelines. Hint: HFrEF is one of them
Second, please include a brief overview of primary treatment options for each classification
Third, define what mortality benefit vs symptom management means for heart failure patients. Include primary pharmaceutical options for both. Lastly, include a brief option covering how the use of guidelines are important when assessing and ordering medications for patients diagnosed with heart failure
