  • Advancements in Healthcare Technology and the Use of Simulations in Nursing Education and Practice

đŸš© Please do both responds in ESL language and about 100 to 150 words each respond. đŸš© Please respond to two of my classmate presentations, in APA format, each respond with its resources individually. Student #1 This presentation is about the various technologies used in healthcare, along with the history, current use, and future of the technology. Lastly it speaks about the advantages and disadvantages of the technologies to put into perspective why it should be used. ( the presentation file is under #1 name)
Student #2 This presentation discusses the success of implementing various simulations in to nursing school as well as in the healthcare setting for those who have previously obtained their degrees. Not only does it compare and contrast the benefits but it also provides the history on how simulations were first used, to where and how they are being used in todays time. • “Expanding Perspectives: A Comprehensive Analysis of Eight Topics in Contemporary Society”

Paper 3 is due in the “Turnitin Dropbox for Paper 3” by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 15, the last day of
classes. To get to this longer essay’s required word count, you can still use the same 8 topics, but expand your
discussion of some of the more important ones into two paragraphs instead of one, or even make it into its own
section with 3 paragraphs and a section heading. You can also bring in more evidence from outside sources, or place
a counter-argument paragraph or two that you skillfully rebut to ensure your reader is convinced you’re not biased,
and can present both sides of the argument you’re making. You can even choose to add one or two more topics. In
other words, don’t put everything in Paper 2; save some for Paper 3. If for Paper 2 you write 150-word paragraphs for
each of the 8 topics, plus a 150-word intro and a 150-word conclusion (150 is the expected minimum word count for
paragraphs), you will have a 1,500-word essay to which you will only need to add another 500 words to make the
minimum for Paper 3. To change the bibliography you create for Paper 2 into an annotated APA 7 bibliography for
Paper 3, you just need to provide specific information about each source entered in your list of entries. For your
convenience, I’ve providing here the same link posted to Blackboard entitled “Creating an Annotated Bibliography.”
By merging Paper 3 with an annotated bibliography of 8-10 sources, the total points available for this
assignment is 50 points, as per the syllabu

  • Title: The Importance of Evaluating and Documenting Current Processes in Implementing Change

    Topic 2
Your manager asks you to implement a new process in your unit.
Knowing that an important first step in implementing change is to
evaluate and document the current process, you tell your manager this,
but he or she says “there is not enough time to do this.”
How would you make the case to you manager that skipping this step
may not provide the outcome that the manager is looking for in this new
    process?

  • “Submission for Week 1 Assignment”

If you don’t see “Submissions” below, find the Dropbox submission for this week in the Assignments link at the top of the course.
Submit your assignment by dragging the file into the Dropbox on top of the “Drop files here” or click on the Upload button, navigate to the file, and upload it.
When you submit your assignment it goes through Turnitin to check how much of your work is duplicated from other sources. When you see the Turnitin report, take the time to correct any quotation, paraphrase, summary, or citation errors. Your goal is to get the lowest “originality” score you can (as close to 0% as you can). Your instructor will make the final determination about acceptable matches in Turnitin. You may edit your submission and resubmit it up to three times or per your instructor’s directions.

  • Title: Developing a Theoretical Framework for Research on the Use of Standardized Nursing Language in Ambulatory Care Nurse Practitioner Practice.

A theoretical framework is a conceptual organization that offers a framework for comprehending and delving into a study issue. It is a collection of ideas, presumptions, and claims that make up a style of thinking about and comprehending a certain reality. The theoretical framework acts as the theoretical framework for the research study and aids in directing the research questions, hypotheses, and research methodologies. A review of the prior literature, including theories, concepts, and empirical investigations pertinent to the research subject, forms the basis for the development of the theoretical framework. Its goal is to give readers a thorough knowledge of the research subject, including its context, significant variables, and interrelationships between those variables. Theoretical frameworks can draw from a single theoretical viewpoint or combine multiple theoretical viewpoints to give.
Developing a theoretical framework for research.
Identify the research issue that currently affects FNP practice. The research problem and the research questions should be stated from the outset. Your theoretical framework’s breadth and focus can be determined with the use of this. Your research interests, the current state of knowledge in your field, and the applicability and significance of the issue to FNP practice must all be taken into account when determining the study challenge.
    Develop a   PICOT Question.
Review the Literature That Is Relevant: Conduct a thorough analysis of the literature that is pertinent to your research issue. You can use this to find important ideas, theories, and empirical studies that apply to your research. To do your literature evaluation, you must use scholarly databases, search engines, and citation networks. Recent research, particularly ground-breaking works and the most recent developments in your subject, should be covered in the literature review (At least 3 literature review, Please example below).
    Systematic Review/Meta-analysis
    Citation
    Question or Hypothesis
    Theoretical Foundation
Research Design (include tools) and Sample Size
    Key Findings

What are the perceptions of the ambulatory care NP regarding documentation of nursing practice by using standardized nursing language (SNL)?
Organizational framework by Androwich, Bickford, Button, Hunter, Murphy, and Sensmeier (2003). The framework identifies the components of clinical information system (CIS).
Survey questionnaire to a randomized sample (N=1997)
The survey resulted in only 17% respondents use SNL, and 30% believed that SNL is not important to NP documentation practice. The response rate is 35% greater than the 99% confidence level of the sample size.
The recommendation of formal and continuing education programs are needed to current and future NP on the use of SNL as standard documentation in their practice.
    Level of Evidence=1
The authors completely answered the hypothesis question.
Determine the Theoretical Perspective: Decide which theoretical perspective will serve as the direction for your research. This could be a specific theoretical framework or a synthesis of different theoretical stances. The theoretical angle that best addresses your research problem and offers the highest explanatory power should be chosen for your study.
    5. Conclusion – Refine the Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework should be improved in light of the findings of the empirical investigation. This could entail changing the operational definitions of the variables, the hypotheses, or the conceptual model. You must improve your theoretical framework and add to the body of knowledge in your field by using the findings of your empirical research.

  • Title: Protecting Human Subjects in Evidence-Based Research: Historical Background, Risks, and Ethical Considerations

Evidence based research involving human subjects requires that researchers be cognizant of and adhere to the important tenets necessary to protect subjects from abuse, harm, injury, and/or other undesirable outcomes resulting from the research process.  Based on this fact, write a minimum of 2 pages (Title page and Reference not included in page count) of an APA formatted paper answering the following questions with a minimum of 3 “short” sentences for each question:
Historical background of human subjects protection? (10 points)
Find and discuss at least one historical incident of human subjects abuse in research and what human right was violated. (10 points)
What steps will you take to minimize risks on human subjects? (10 points)
What populations are considered vulnerable populations and why? (10 points)
What are appropriate ways to recruit subjects? (10 points)
How would you properly obtain consent? (10 points)
What are the elements of a properly executed consent? (10 points)
What committees are responsible for monitoring the protection of human subjects? (10 points)
