The student will conduct a functional assessment interview on an older adult. The student will identify the category as on the following age brackets: young elderly (65–74 years old), middle elderly (75–84 years old), and frail elderly (85 years old and older). The student will examine the health beliefs, culture, and activities of daily living of the older adult.

My drug of choice is “Latuda”. The rubric to follow is under the file named ” Direct-to-Consumer Advertising Analysis.docx” .  Please make sure all the questions are answered. I also uploaded an example that was done for the drug ozempic for guidance. 

I have completed most of my community assessment report template which includes a windshield survey.  I am looking to have pictures to be added to it  (I attached a lot of different ones some good areas, some older run down areas which I have taken while driving through the neighborhood my report is based on).  I also need help fixing the internal citations and reference pages.  
I will attach the document I have done that needs editing (PH4003_R_Mongiovi), a blank version that was the example provided by my professor, the pictures I took all throughout 29405 area code, the instructions for the assignment and the rubric for the assignment. My topic for my project is community gun violence among adolescents in North Charleston 29405 area code.

This assessment provides an opportunity to draft such a report in which you can call attention to quality and safety issues and opportunities, effectively support your position, and lay out a plan for change.
Preparation
This assessment is based on the executive summary you prepared in the previous assessment.
Your executive summary captured the attention and interest of the executive leadership team, who have asked you to provide them with a detailed report addressing outcome measures and performance issues or opportunities, including a strategy for ensuring that all aspects of patient care are measured.

K.B. is a 40-year-old white female with a 5-year history of psoriasis. She has scheduled an appointment with her dermatologist due to another relapse of psoriasis. This is her third flare-up since a definitive diagnosis was made. This outbreak of plaque psoriasis is generalized and involves large regions on the arms, legs, elbows, knees, abdomen, scalp, and groin. K.B. was diagnosed with limited plaque-type psoriasis at age 35 and initially responded well to topical treatment with high-potency corticosteroids. She has been in remission for 18 months. Until now, lesions have been confined to small regions on the elbows and lower legs.
