Being able to articulate your personal worldview can help you formulate a personal philosophy of practice and enhance your influence on patients and the industry. Informatics in the Clinical Setting
Conduct an interview with someone in an informatics role in a clinical setting. Then, in a Microsoft Word document of 5-6 pages formatted in APA style, discuss each of the following criteria:Role description and education level required for the role.
Describe their views on how their role affects patient safety and improves the quality of patient care.
Describe the human factors faced in the role and other challenges.
Express insights gained from the interview.
Research and discuss the impact of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Patient Safety Indicators and The Joint Commission Patient Safety Goals in your clinical setting. Describe how these governing agencies influence delivery of direct patient care.

Background
My experiencing working with Complete Homecare continues to be great. I am getting to much more about the company and how they operate. This week did work both in the field and also working alongside my preceptor and other administrative staff to gather the information needed. The focus of this week was assessing the company use of data, to inform decisions.
Complete home care is a member of the Lifecare group. Life care group gather data about companies’ event such as fall and other adverse event. They utilized the data and break them into, where the event occurs, how the event occurs and finally what cause the events. He information gather are used to effect change and create an overall better out-come.
Additionally, complete home also used the information locally. The Nursing Director and collect data such as patient Falls and use the information to make changes to the assignment. Some of the changes that they are able to make from the data gathering include but are not limited to Aide to the patient assignment (assigning the best skillset based on Patients’ needs) and whether to assign two people or one on a particular case.Please see attached work done previously on this project
