“The Importance of Screening for Postpartum Depression: A Proposal for a YouTube Video Intervention”
My assignment was written by one of your writers. I am not satisfied with the body os essay. I feel it did not corolate with the instruction I gave him. Please rewrite base on the instruction below. Please thoroughly read the proposal sample paper on Trauma informed Care in the uploaded file.
Please include definitions for key terms in your proposal. This is so that the reader can situate the term relative to your project in the specific practice setting. For example, does mental health nurse refer to a registered nurse working in mental health, an LPN, a psychiatric nurse and is the nurse working in the community or acute Research Question & Literature Review
I want to reiterate that creating your research question and completing your literature search is an iterative process. That is, you may have a research question and once you start your literature search you may find that you have too many or too few articles and may need to revise your research question. You may find this frustrating; however, needing to tweak your research question along the way is a very normal part of the process.
You are required to name the databases that you used in your literature search. A minimum of three databases are required and they should align with your topic. For example, PsychInfo is a useful database for mental health related topics and ERIC is a good database to use for topics related to education.
References
The number of references that you have for your literature review depends on your project and your literature search. After thinking a bit more about this, you will want between 10-20 articles from your literature search. You will also want additional articles to support why this topic is important for your clinical practice and to support the type of intervention. For example, if you choose to do a focus group or an in-service, you will need to have a reference for why this is an effective intervention.
Literature must be within 10 years for it to be considered current unless it is a seminal study.
Proposal
Your proposal will contain your literature review and identify what you would like to do for your project. For example, the intervention may be that you want to hold an in-service to share what you have learned with your colleagues and get some feedback from them about how this topic applies in your practice setting. Another example may be that you noticed that staff are not documenting a risk assessment properly. As a result, your literature review could look at the importance of documenting a risk assessment and your intervention could be a review workshop on the importance of documenting a risk assessment with a practice case study.
In your methods section of your proposal, you will name the databases that you searched, your key terms, how you combined your key terms to do your literature search, and the outcomes of your searches (number of articles).
Appendices are not required; however, if you have information that is supplemental then this should be placed in an appendix.
Your proposal should be formatted according to APA 7th edition.?
PLEASE NOTE. THE GAP IN MY UNIT IS LACK OF SCREENING TOOL FOR POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION; THEREFORE, MY PROPOSAL IS TO MAKE A YOUTUBE VIDEO WHERE I WILL EMPHASIS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF SCREENING FOR PPD FOR ALL THE PP MOTHERS. I WILL FORWARD THE VIDOE TO MY MANAGER, CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR AND MY WORK COLLEAGUES TO WATCH THE VIDEO AND GIVE ME FEED BACK. THE LITERATURE REVIEW SHOULD LOOK AT THE IMPORTANCE OF SCREENING FOR PPD AND MY INTERVENTION IS TO MAKE A YOUTUBE VIDEO FOR MY WORK COLLEAGUES. THANK YOU. -
“Exploring the Lived Experiences and Ideologies of Health and Wellness: An Ethnographic Interview with an Older Adult Caregiver” Interviewer: Thank you for agreeing to participate in this interview. Can you tell me a little bit
Interview an individual or caregiver to gain an understanding of their ideology related to their health and wellness. Select an individual who is NOT related to you and is experiencing a chronic, disabling, or physical illness OR is the primary caregiver for such an individual OR who is an older adult. An individual over the age of 60 would be acceptable, as their life experience and wisdom would be helpful for this assignment. Unlike a biopsychosocial assessment, which focuses on a clinical assessment and case conceptualization, the ethnographic interview has a focus to understand and appreciate lived experiences and worldviews of the individual. The student is not the expert but the learner, so that the individual can educate the student about their lives and what has shaped them. The purpose of this assignment is to be present to the individual and allow them to discuss their health and wellness on their own terms. The guidelines below are suggestions to promote conversation and guide the discussion but are not necessarily headings for the paper .
· The meaning of wellness and illness in their life.
· What life experiences/events shaped their lives and ultimately impacted their health?
· What types of strategies have they have used to enhance their health and wellness over their life span to cope with aging and/or illness and/or what impact did their partner, family, or community have on them with regard to their health and wellness to support or undermine them?
· What do they want to accomplish in their life?
· Reflect on the interview. How successful were you? What impact did this experience have on you?
· What is the most compelling thing you learned from your interviewee?
Submit a five-page paper outlining the above factors and reflect upon how successful you were in obtaining the information you were seeking. Discuss the interview process itself and whether you were truly able to be present and learn from this individual. Discuss specifics of the interview process itself and how receptive the individual was to your engagement. Discuss the impact that this experience has had on you. Successful completion of this assignment will demonstrate that students will be able to utilize their interpersonal skills to learn from their clients in a culturally responsive manner.
