  • Title: “Understanding Endometriosis: Symptoms, Assessment, and Treatment”

    ENDOMETRIOSIS
    Clinical Manifestations
The overall accumulation of estrogen and prostaglandin in the endometriosis tissues results in inflammation and pain that can be both cyclic and acyclic. Typical symptoms include dysmenorrhea, excessive bleeding during menses, pain during intercourse, and infertility.
    Assessment and Analysis
The symptoms of debilitating chronic pain, excessive bleeding, and infertility are the result of the increased vicious cycle of increased aromatase, increased estrogen, and inflammation.
    Nursing Diagnoses
    • Pain, chronic associated with inflammation and scarring of endometrial implants
    • Risk for infertility associated with hormone irregularities and tissue scarring
    Nursing Interventions
    ■ Assessments
    • Vital signs
Blood pressure and pulse may be elevated in the patient in pain.
    • Pain scale rating
    Actions
    • Administer medications as ordered: pain medications, GnRH agonists
Pain medications may be necessary in the patient with chronic pelvic pain
    Teaching
    • Educate about the disease process
Understanding disease action is important in helping the patient manage her disease.
    • Educate about medication use
    Evaluating Care Outcomes
It is important that the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis be made early. The mainstay of treatment is through pharmacological method
Based on what you have learned through the materials in this module, develop a 2-to-3-minute video podcast including the following:
    symptoms your patient is experiencing
your nursing assessment and diagnostic findings of the patient
    recommended treatment

You may also record elsewhere, say on your phone, and then upload. You should develop the content of your post fully, writing down what you plan to say, before recording it. You will need to upload a transcript of your recording with your podcast submission. You may also wish to practice your presentation before recording and uploading.

  • Title: A Critical Review of a Published Trial Protocol and Associated Trial Results Paper on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

This assignment involves reviewing a published trial protocol and the associated trial results paper. You need to prepare a critique of this pair of papers and note whether there were any deviations from the protocol and contextualise this study with regard to other relevant literature dealing with trials or suitable robust studies of CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
Your referencing is to be done using the New England Journal of Medicine style guidance which is described below in the attachment . You must submit your answer either as a MS-Word or PDF document.
You should limit the text of your submission to no more than 3 pages of A4 excluding the reference details after the text. The font size needs to be at least 10pt.
Your response should include both strengths and weaknesses and be properly referenced.   Please look at the rubric to optimize your response.
please have a look at my supervispr comments:
Look at how the protocol was set up to start with and how the trial was conducted in real life ( or how it was conducted to get to the result ). You need to have a look at both sets, the protocol and the report. what did the protocol say which actually put intro practice and what how did the result differ?
So compare and contrast between the two, there are differences that need to be looked at.
There are things in there which were done as per protocol concept and there are things that weren’t done as per protocol concept.so you need to be identifying both sets.
Make sure that you look beyond the trial report as well. so therefore additional reading needs to be looked at.

  • “Analyzing Visual Prompts and Identifying Required Activities”

  • Title: The Impact of Chicago’s Food Desert Policy on Contemporary Health Patterns

write a policy analysis that interrogates a local, city, state, or national policy (past or present) and discuss its implication on contemporary health patterns in Chicago. In addition to the course readings, please include at least 10 additional sources (articles and books). The paper should be 8 to 10 pages and written in APA style.

  • Title: The Vital Role of Vaccinations in Public Health: Dispelling Misinformation and Promoting Immunization Policies Introduction: Vaccines have been hailed as one of the greatest achievements in modern medicine, saving countless lives and eradicating deadly

Write a research paper talking about the importance of vaccination and clear any misinformation about vaccine and trhe harm on public health. Create a strong thesis for the introduction prvided and use a real source. You can change the topic if needed but keep it related. This is for a health and nutrition class so you can mention health policies and health care as needed.

  • Title: Utilizing Whole Genome Sequencing for Public Health Microbiology: A Case Study on Tuberculosis Abstract: Whole genome sequencing (WGS) has revolutionized the field of public health microbiology, particularly in the detection and surveillance of path

Whole genome sequencing (WGS) has revolutionised public health microbiology. Tracking the transmission of pathogens between their natural reservoir to humans is critical for outbreak (epidemic/pandemic) detection.
Using an example of a bacterial or viral pathogen describe and explain the following: i. the natural reservoir and characteristics of the pathogen, ii. how genetics and WGS could be used to facilitate pathogen detection, iii. how WGS could be used for outbreak detection and surveillance purposes (give an example of an outbreak), iv. the anticipated future applications, limitations, and challenges associated with the use of WGS in public health microbiology.
    – use :Tuberculosis
Please return as word document not exceeding 3000 words (excluding tables, figure legends, and references).
Please useonly references from peer-reviewed journals (Numbered Style/Vancouver
Do not include references from sites that have not been peer reviewed
Abstract of no more than 250 words
structure the main part of the report to have Introduction, main section addressing the questions, and a brief Conclusion section.

  • Title: “Improving Outcomes in [Specific Population]: A Comprehensive Literature Review and Analysis of Primary Sources” “Interconnectedness in Research: Exploring the Fluidity and Connections within a Literature Review”

A 5-7 page literature review with an included introduction paragraph using the below outline format. Using primary sources only (preferably recent from the last 10 years), the subject is broad so 10 sources isn’t sticlty necessary but more a guideline to ensure there is a comprehensive scope of the existing literature. I will include a copy of what I have for my paper so far, the PICO etc. The below information was provided as an outline for this specific literature review.
From the literature review you understand how the authors/researchers performed their
methods in order for you to adopt/borrow them for your proposed project. It is essential
your literature review supports your PICO from your introduction. Each section of the final
capstone paper flows together and supports one another. The introduction breaks apart the
pieces of your PICO with a well written problem statement and reason for why the suggested
intervention is superior to current standard of care and the supporting evidence of said
intervention. The theory supports the proposal with a foundational framework.
The literature search was properly conducted to identify appropriate primary sources which will
be reviewed and discussed and synthesized to show the evidence to support the intervention in
the PICO does indeed help to improve/decrease the intended outcome.
The entire quality improvement process uses a QI model, the JHEBP model, following the PET
    philosophy.
As you read your selected primary sources (quantitative or qualitative studies), not literature
reviews, systematic reviews or meta-analyses, take note of:
    1. Recurring themes throughout the literature. Are there studies that use the same
methodology, use the same tool to measure the outcome?
    2. Similarities and differences? Take note of the similarities and differences of the studies
    3. How does each author support their position?
    4. How is the outcome measured?
    5. What are the study conclusions?
    6. Note limitations and strengths.
    7. Note how the studies’ results varied from each other.
    8. Note: these topics should correspond with your TOE columns.
Write down your key insights and how each source you selected contributes to the existing pool
of knowledge on its subject. Explore how the sources challenge and contradict each other and
where they agree or expand upon each other.
The following is an outline to follow when it time to draft up the literature review.
    Theme #1
    jks12_2022
Paragraph 1-2 – discuss the similarities and differences of the studies that share theme
#1, synthesize the information: populations, findings, methods conclusions based on theme.
Paragraph 2-3 authors conclusions- are they the same, different, what are their
concluding thoughts? Is there any conflicting evidence?
Paragraph 4 – Bring in your concluding thoughts, questions, and opinions. What could
    make the study better?
    Theme #2
    Follow the outline as above.
    Theme #3
    Follow the outline as above.
    Limitations and Strengths
Synthesize the limitations and strengths of the studies. A paragraph or two of limitations
and a paragraph or two of strengths.
    Gaps in Literature
Identify the gaps in literature. Gaps in literature are areas that are missing. For example,
studies are lacking in understanding how the intervention can be used in the pediatric
population. Or there is a lack of uniform/universal definition of topic of interest. Another
example is there is a lack of screening tool or an identified reliable and valid tool to measure
    the outcome.
    Conclusion
The final concluding paragraph of the literature review/ capstone paper is the
summation of the entire capstone project- summing up the problem, why the intervention is
superior to current standard of care, the theory and how it offers a framework and a grounding
to the project and the literature review that supports the evidence for the intervention and
intended outcome in the PICO, hopefully the evidence is indeed supportive. It all flows together
like a symphony, each piece connects, they are not separate, each piece is fluid and connects to
    one another.
The literature review section is about 5-7 pages. When you submit the final paper with the
added literature review, the final capstone paper will be around 20-25 pages not including title
page and references. References start on separate page.
The paper follows APA format 7 th edition, student paper.

  • Title: Addressing the High Rates of STIs Among Young People: Strategies for Prevention and Treatment

Infection rates for many STIs continue to be highest among young people (typically defined as around 15–24 years old). What are some reasons for this? What would you recommend to increase prevention or encourage testing or treatment in your age group?

  • Exploring Self-Help Groups: A Comparative Analysis

You are required to attend 2 different self-help groups. This will give you the opportunity to see the differences in groups. After each group, please complete the SELF-HELP GROUP ASSESSMENT SHEET and submit them at the completion of the project via email to your instructor.
For the most current information about self-help groups and meetings check their websites or call directly. Below is an example of where you can find Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) in San Mateo County but there are many, many 12 step meetings all over the world and many are now on Zoom 24/7. There are also self help groups for many other conditions like depression, Bipolar disorder, grief and Loss, etc. Please plan to attend one AA meeting and the second meeting can be NA, Overeaters Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, etc.

  • Title: “The Changing Landscape of Global Health: Exploring the Factors Contributing to Deadly Outbreaks in the 21st Century”

The twentieth century was a time of remarkable progress in human health. The germ theory of
disease combined with the science of epidemiology made it possible to control or eradicate a
number of deadly diseases for the first time in human history. Smallpox, yellow fever, cholera
and bubonic plague all disappeared from view, and have largely been forgotten by most people
in Europe and the United States. The twenty-first century, however, is starting to look very
different. SARS spread quickly in 2003, Ebola killed thousands in 2014, antibiotic resistant
bacteria are evolving faster than new antibiotic drugs, and COVID-19 continues to inflict a high
mortality toll, as well as disrupting social and economic life across the United States. Do you
believe the remainder of the twenty-first century will see more deadly outbreaks like this? If so,
why? What is contributing to these global health trends and why are twentieth century public
    health programs no longer effective?
Be sure to include discussion of specific readings and other materials in your answer, DO NOT USE OUTSIDE RESOURCES!!!! Only use the material i have provided to this assignment. I have attatched many souces, feel free to juse thoe ones that only benefit you and cite them properly. I have also attahced a word document with additional sources.
