Consider an area in health care in which you work or are interested in working. Examine the dynamics of the interprofessional team (physicians, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, health care administrators, etc.) in that setting. In a 1,000-1,250-word paper, explain how communication and collaborative strategies can be applied to ensure respectful interactions and to prevent or address potential issues among the team in that health care setting. Include the following:
Describe the health care setting and summarize the various individuals or teams typically working together in that setting.
Discuss what types of issues may occur and how these affect dynamics within the setting for health care workers and for patients and their families.
Discuss attributes of a healthy culture that help individuals or groups perform as a team.

Chapter 8 of your textbook discusses the dynamics of successful interprofessional health care teams. What is a boundary-spanning activity you could incorporate as a leader that would support a collaborative culture and enhance communication? Consider the interprofessional team you would be working with.
Explain how employee satisfaction impacts patient care. Describe qualities of professional communication that contribute to acceptable interactions with patients, their families, and other health care professionals.
Explain what your role is as a health care leader in helping to facilitate collaboration and clear communication among an interprofessional team, as well as with patients and their families.
A minimum of three academic references from credible sources are required for this assignment.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required. 

Assignment Content
For this assignment, you will write a report that details the components of an executive leadership development program for a fictitious company. The fictitious company can be within an organization and industry of your choice. Do not use the name of or information about a real company. After you have chosen a type of organization and industry, include the following items in your report. 
Include an introductory paragraph that lists the name and type of fictitious company, the country in which the home office is located, how long the company has been operating, and the number of executive leadership employees. 
Discuss an executive leadership development strategy. Provide a vision for this strategy. For example, what are the outcomes of having a leadership development program for the organization? How will the leadership be structured? 
Explain how you will assess leadership capabilities for the roles you have structured. Are there any leadership theories that you use as the basis for your decisions? 
Describe one assessment tool that you will use to identify leadership capabilities. How will your leaders develop problem-solving skills and the ability to arrive at sound solutions? 
Explain how you will facilitate the training for leadership. What trends do human resource professionals use for leadership training? 
Conclude your report by describing the benefits that having a formal executive leadership development program will have on the organization (e.g., why a program is important and how it enhances the organization’s competitiveness). 
Your assignment must be five full pages in length and include at least one peer-reviewed or academic source from the CSU Online Library, besides the textbook. Adhere to APA guidelines when constructing this assignment and include in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed. 

INSTRUCTIONS
As you consider possible topics, use the following as guides:
1. Envision a graduate level class which means to us that you’ll primarily emphasize the
higher levels of thought (we’ll review Bloom’s Taxonomy and Anderson and
Krathwohl’s revision of Bloom) rather than just sharing information. Many of your
earlier assignments will emphasize that focus.
2. Choose a topic with which you have experience, or have a high level of interest.
3. Since your presentation is for just one class session, you’ll need to narrow your focus. In
40-60 minutes, at a graduate level depth, you will not cover all of attachment theory, for
instance, but you may be able to focus on one aspect of attachment theory (and analyze or
evaluate that aspect at a high level).
4. Choose a topic that is counseling related—counseling theory, popular/controversial
counseling therapies (for example, individual emotion-focused therapy), a particular
population (for example, eating disorders, childhood physical and sexual abuse, etc.), a
particular area of the counseling field (for example, assessment, psychopathology,
developmental counseling, or multicultural counseling), topics in addiction counseling,
marriage/family counseling, etc. General “counseling” areas such as life coaching could
also be considered but your professor will help you ensure that your topic leads to a
graduate level experience. Whatever you choose, you will have to narrow your focus to
cover the topic in-depth for a graduate level audience. Review topics you encountered in
your counseling-related graduate study and you will find numerous options. Your
professor can add ideas if you get stuck. Your topic needs to have a strong foundation of
scholarly research as expected in graduate study.
5. Write a paragraph that you will submit to the class link. In the paragraph, briefly explain
your idea and provide a rationale for choosing the topic. At this point, you will have only
a general idea of your focus in your final teaching proposal and the essential elements
(highlighted above) will become more clear as you master the content from the class
texts, videos, and supplemental documents.
At the least, your general proposal for week one will need to include these basic elements:
• What is your narrowed focus? You won’t cover all of CBT for instance, so what
narrowed aspect of that topic will you critique?
• What about your topic needs critique? What problems in the topic need to be
addressed? How could your topic apply in unusual ways? How could you resolve
contradictions in the research? Etc.
• Basic indication of how your narrowed topic may fit into active learning/teaching
strategies, vs. lecture, as a teaching approach.
• In general, what will you critique (recall the project is NOT about sharing
information, per se).
Your professor will give you feedback and most likely will need to help you narrow your focus.
Keep in mind that you will not primarily share information in your proposed lesson (this is not a
lecture proposal), but you will take your students through active learning activities, emphasizing
higher-order thought, and incorporating adult learning principles.
What you choose as your topic is very important since all subsequent assignments build on this
topic, so give it adequate consideration.
In order to get acclimated to using correct APA, please use a current APA title page and in-text
citations and reference page (if needed).

You summarised the significance of the cross in Paul’s thought nicely and your summary of the pivot in Paul’s life from church-persecutor to church-builder is very helpful. I think I’d emphasize more of the continuity between Paul’s pre-Christ work and post-Christ work. For example, I agree with many scholars who don’t find the language of “conversion” suitable to refer to Paul’s Damascus Road experience; I think it anachronistically assumes a kind of modern category of religion and distinction between Judaism and Christianity which probably doesn’t apply to that period in time. That’s not to say that the change wasn’t dramatic or profound for Paul, but he basically goes from supporting one version of ancient Judaism to another one and his new identity is as an apostle of a Jewish messiah, etc.
