Recorded Presentation
You will create a presentation and record yourself presenting it. You should incorporate at least once slide for each of the areas in the rubric. Your presentation should be at least 10 minutes, and no more than 15. You must also submit a reference list with your upload/link.
Yeah this one but for me is seems is a power point presentation because say “slides” and into the presentation you need some speaker note to recorded yourself to present your presentation I need the presentation covering the criteria 10 to 15 minutes and I need speaker notes to record the way I will present the presentation. Or give me the speech in a word document to know how to present it. Include scholarly references

I have included and labelled the PDFs of both the assignment and my groupmate’s work. It would be really appreciated if, while working on the project and answering the questions, you could also look at the work of my groupmate for ideas and examples. Following the framework that my group partner and the directions provided in the assignment pdf, please construct a page that is comparable to the one that my partner made by responding to the questions in the assignment PDF. The solution must be one whole page in length, and the assignment PDF should include contain formatting instructions. Next, write a two-page answer that integrates both her example and the one you just wrote, following the criteria in the assignment PDF. In addition, please complete the self assessment and screening tasks included in the assignment PDF titled “Assignment 1- KINE..” Instructions: (please check pdfs as well)
Week 1 – Assignment
Each person in the group should complete the following assessment (A and B attached). Ideally, you complete the assessment on an older adult. I am aware that not everyone knows or has access to interact with an older adult. As a result, you can enlist another person, but it will be important to provide information about your participant in your write-up. Who the participant is may even be noteworthy when critically interpreting results.
Although each group member is responsible for completing one set of assessments, you will only provide one assignment – working together to include your assessments, critical thoughts, perspectives, etc. The document should flow together – try to avoid the document being choppy.
When you have completed the assessments, the pages themselves should be submitted as your appendix for the weekly assignment, or Assignment 1 (you can provide a scan or picture of the rough copies, no need to retype).
You are to write two (2) pages max, single spaced about:
The purpose of conducting a risk of falling assessment
Why may a “self-assessment” (A) or a “quick screen” (B) be beneficial? How did the two compare?
Reflection on conducting the assessment (e.g., ease of administering the assessment, perceptions of the individual being assessed, things you would keep, things you may change).
Note: a title page for the individual weekly assignment is not necessary.
Text/Format Specifics: Single spaced typed, Calibri 12-point font, 1 inch margins, page numbers as the bottom centred.

Identify a public health measure that has been implemented in Saudi Arabia. Describe its origin and the philosophy behind this measure. Detail how it has affected citizens. In your opinion, has the measure been effective? Why or why not? How could it be improved?

Question: Conduct a search in several job listing websites for your location. Count the advertisements for RNs. How many employers are represented? Think of all the different healthcare agencies in the community. Do the ads represent most of them, some of them, or only a few of the potential employers of nurses? Of those listed, how many specify backgrounds or experiences beyond that which a new graduate would have? How many specify the shift or work schedule? If wages are noted, what is the range of wages quoted? Reflect on your own expectations for employment after graduation. How do your expectations compare with what you find in these advertisements?

Module 02 Written Assignment – Case Study: Pay and GenderFor this assignment, you are the new Compliance Representative in the HR Department. It is your primary goal to ensure the organization is compliant with laws and regulations in all areas including recruiting/hiring new people, employee safety, and fair labor practices for current employees. While you address compliance concerns in all departments, you report to the VP of Human Resources. Read the case study of Sarah Green and provide a two-part response to the VP of HR.
Part One: Read and analyze the scenario below. Write a report to the VP of HR summarizing the case and providing a clear argument that an EEOC act was violated. State which act applies to the case.
Part Two: Prepare an outline of a training session for hiring managers and for the pay and benefits specialists to prevent a repeat of the situation in the scenario.
Case StudySarah Green has been an accountant for 12 years. She worked in a small medical practice for two years after earning her BS in Accounting and then chose to work freelance for five years. For the past five years she worked at a large firm, Stokely and Associates, where she brought in more new clients than 92% of her colleagues and received a higher satisfaction score from clients than 90% of her coworkers.
Sarah had to move to a new city to care for her sick mother. This meant finding a new accounting position. She was excited to be hired at the large accounting firm, Parker and Mendez Accounting, LLC, right away. Unfortunately, she learned after 4 months that she was being paid less than her coworkers who had equal or less experience than she did. When she asked the hiring manager about the discrepancy, she was told that the organization’s policy is to pay in a range based on previous pay. The hiring manager did admit to being surprised that her previous salary was at the low end of the expected range given her successes and performance reviews, but the policy is there for a reason and making an exception defeats the purpose of the policy.
After researching her industry and old employer, Sarah learned that her previous employer regularly paid women less than men even when the women had more experience or brought in more clients. Her current pay was impacted by this discriminatory practice.
The report to the VP of HR should include two parts:
Part OneA summary of Sarah’s case.
Address which of the EEOC acts the previous organization violated.
An explanation of the ethical and legal obligations of the current organization.
A proposed solution for Sarah.
A proposed change in policy for determining starting pay at the current organization.
Part TwoAn outline of a training session for all hiring managers and benefits and payroll specialists. Each of these sections should be included and explained briefly but with enough detail that the decision-makers reading the report are fully informed and can approve the training.
Introduction: Provide an overview of the training. Example: Excellence in Interviewing is a two-week online training that introduces the best practices in interviewing.
Scope: State how broad or narrow the focus of the training will be.
Objectives: List what participants will be able to do using “To + verb” statements. Example: To roleplay an effective phone interview. To write three behavioral interview questions that assess given criteria.
Training Method: Explain the format of the training. Online, face-to-face, blended, asynchronous or in real time or both.
Evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s Levels: Address each level of Kirkpatrick’s in detail. Share specific strategy to evaluating the proposed training.
