1. Critically examine yourself when it comes to your race, ethnicity,
first language spoken, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability status, socio-economic status, religion, relationship status, education level, and current living location. List these things out in a
few sentences at the beginning of your paper. For the next few paragraphs examine how the characteristics you listed provide privileges
or drawbacks in current American society. Please elaborate on why you feel certain traits are either a privilege or drawback and cite examples

I beleieve that quality care in early childhood centers is crucial for children’s cognitive and social development, ensuring school readiness, while promoting long-term success and growth.
High-quality early childhood education has been proven to enhance children’s language, literacy, and mathamatics skills, truely praparing childrn for elementraty school. Offering a high quality environment will also support the development of social skills and emotional skilles, which are important for school success to provide a bright future for all children.
The school I work at is NAEYC accredited and I feel strongley that NAEYC provides comprehensive guidelines and standards that ensure a high level of care and education, supporting continuous improvement and ensures the best practices in early childhood centers . NAEYC offers a structured approach to achieving and maintaining excellence in ECE, which is leading to better outcomes for children and society in our world today!
