For this assignment, I am tasked with creating a PowerPoint presentation that will demonstrate to a small group of teachers how they can effectively utilize Canvas in their classrooms. The presentation will cover various topics such as Assignments, Discussions, Quizzes, Pages, and Modules. In particular, I will focus on explaining the process of creating and administering quizzes through Canvas.

Read the book A Child Called It.
Read at least one of the articles on child abuse.
Write an essay about child abuse.  Your essay should NOT be more than 3 pages, with a work cited page as the fourth page. Please double spaced your essay, use Times new Roman as font style and size 12 as the font size.
In the first paragraph, summarize A Child Called It. Include enough details that it is obvious you read the book.
In the second paragraph, summarize the article(s) you read about child abuse. Be sure to include the citation.
In the third paragraph, make connections between A Child Called It and the article you read.
Be sure to use Academic English and cite your sources. Add the sources to your annotated bibliography and highlight it in yellow.

Reflect on your district’s school-and-community relations plan through the three-phase process of strategic planning:  goal-objective procedures, implementation procedures, and evaluation procedures.  Based on the principles in this chapter, explain each of the three procedural phases, and discuss how each of these phases reflects the process of developing an effective school-and-community relations plan.   Using your school district’s comprehensive improvement plan or its public relations plan, provide practical evidence regarding how each of the three procedural phases are present in your district’s policy-making.

updated Teaching Reading Is Rocket Science 2020, provide a summary of the critical information
presented. Suggestion: beginning with page 4, highlight crucial points, then
take that information and summarize it into this two page essay. Make sure that
information flows well and in a logical manner. Remember to include transitions
when moving from one idea to another. Your audience for the essay is educators
who are familiar with educational jargon, but they may not have expertise in
the area of reading. In the essay, you will explain what reading teachers must
know, and what they must be able to do to be effective reading teachers.
How to structure the essay:
·       Do not create a title page. Write your name on
the first available line, then begin your essay on the next line.
·       Include an introductory paragraph and a
conclusion
·       Double space the Microsoft Word document
·       Use Times New Roman size 12 font
·       Make sure there is no excess space between

Shared Reading/Read Aloud:
Article Review and Reflection – 5 complete double-spaced pages, as a minimum with 12-point Times New Roman font.
a) Describe and detail, in your own words, the main ideas of the article. This includes the important Literacy information before the Study details, the study itself along with the teachers methods and findings, and the after study implications and other Literacy information.
b) Also include what areas interested, intrigued, validated, and/or trouble you and why they moved you in such a way.
Include ideas/strategiesopinions that you liked and explain why. In addition, respond to your readings in a 
personal/reflective style. Bring in prior readings, teaching and life experiences, etc., to your reflections.
c) The Reflection also needs to include: An introduction and concluding paragraphs as well as a sprinkling of relevant

e) This paper must be done in essay style with no bullet points or similar things following the APA format (latest edition).
