l’d like you to demonstrate to me what you’ve learned this semester about strategic communication, using your thoughts on an organization currently that is undergoing an organizational change or instability
Choose one of the following issues currently found in the news (see four options below). You may choose to approach this issue from whichever topic we’ve covered this semester (e.g., government, public opinion, media relations, employee relations, ethics and law, etc.), or a combination of as many topics as you choose. Make sure you identify audiences (stakeholders) impacted and what you would counsel the organization if you were hired to advise the organization about this organizational change, with regard to messaging, message management, and message distribution strategies. I have included a few news stories about each issue/organization. These are not exhaustive resources; rather information for you to familiarize yourself with each issue.
Your paper should be 5-7 pages; double spaced; 12-point font with 1″ margins; and using MLA citations and bibliography (textbook included).

On April 15th, at 3:30 PM, I visited the Hsi Lai Temple, a Chinese temple located in Hacienda Heights, to experience Buddhist culture. I learned about this event from Erika Shifflet at Intercultural Events Information. Visiting the temple provided me with an opportunity to experience and understand Buddhist culture.

Theory: Choose a theory that has been covered in class. In addition, read and cite at least one primary, academic source that helps you understand the theory.  
Application: Describe a personal social interaction and analyze it with the chosen theory. 
To write an effective reflection paper, consider the following structure: 
a.     Introduction: Use an attention getter and indicate why you choose the theory (5 points).
b.     Describe the theory fully. Show your understanding by identifying the major concepts, relationships among the concepts, and the critique of the theory (10 points). Besides the textbook, use at least two more primary sources.
c.     Describe your personal episode (10 points). Use a good storytelling technique to describe it. Use sufficient information (e.g., relational background, essential topic, conversations between the partners, consequences, etc.). This can be an ongoing issue, or an episodic issue.  
d.     Critically apply the theory to the understanding of the episode (10 points). Clearly identify what concepts or principles of the theory are demonstrated through what speech or behavior as described in the episode.
e.     Provide the moral of the story: What have you learned or realized through this application? What will you do in similar future situations (5 points)?
f.      Overall writing quality and APA style (10 point). The Writing Center’s service is free. It is highly recommended even for best writers. A paper will be automatically lowered to a “B-” if the paper does not use the APA style.
g.     Page limit: 6-12, double spaced, excluding the front and back matters.

Following the research and reporting process from the assignments above, students will generate an infographic that offers their vision of a conceptual framework for one central aspect of DEIB work. This framework will address a larger concept and include key terms as defined in concrete terms and practices in relation to the student’s major at New York Tech. 
– Create a comprehensive infographic that includes background information, current data and applications of the concept, connections to the major field, and implications for the future. 
– Support with evidence and cite sources (APA) Remember, since we are an academic class, your citation requirements include in-text (i.e., providing a citation next to the cited material via parenthetical information or a footnote/endnote number) and the corresponding citation information in a reference list or note.
– Follow models below for general guidance on possible formats but adapt or develop new format according to specific needs. (I will link the models in files)

Also you can calculate a random BmI..You can describe my lifestyle routine as not being too active , not eating healthy, not consuming enough water, not being connected with God, not having alone time and time for myself “self care” and after taking this class I became more active , watching what I was eating, have more meditations and going to church and being outdoors more..
