You are to write a 1500-2000 word analysis on a California corrections topic. The topic can be of your choosing but must be related to course material. Any questions – check with instructor. The analysis must include at least three references to scholarly articles that appeared in academic journals or reports from government and public policy organizations (with proper citation- APA Style). Please do not simply cite newspaper articles.
Copies of references should be submitted with your report through email.
Your analysis should be narrow in scope (i.e. – the impact of institutionalization) rather than presenting a broad overview and should be presented in the following format:

Summary/Recommendations
