You provide advice and guidance to a team of Disability Management Advisors who manage complex case files on a regular basis and may be called upon to provide responses, results or deliverables to senior management at short notice. You will also be called upon to support regional realities while ensuring national consistency in the delivery of our services. Additionally, you provide recommendations to Senior Leadership in your region on national disability management issues that may require internal and external stakeholder collaboration. The presentation must be in PowerPoint format and must not exceed 5 slides, including title slide.
The presentation should:
· briefly outline the overall vision for the Accessibility Passport and how you will implement ;
· provide key recommendations on how to implement the change in services:
· how you plan to mobilize your regional team and establish a strategic way forward;
· how you will manage stakeholder collaboration.
The audience for this presentation is your senior leadership.
Your presentation should use business appropriate language and must be brief/succinct.
SCENARIO:
As a Portfolio Officer you provide leadership to a multi-stakeholder team of Disability Management Advisors (DMAs) to facilitate the return to the workplace for ill, injured or impaired workers. Additionally, you are responsible as a senior manager for disability management services to a region and are often called upon to advise your senior leaders on issues that arise in your geographical area. The Government of Canada has passed new legislation for Accessibility to ensure an inclusive and barrier free workplace and all federal departments are required to adopt and integrate the Government of Canada Workplace Accessibility Passport. This Passport helps federal public service employees get the tools, supports and measures they need to perform at their best and succeed in the workplace. It facilitates recruitment, retention, and career advancement for persons with disabilities. In the new
Passport, employees can document the barriers they may face at work and propose potential solutions directly with their manager. The employee and their manager collaborate to determine effective and appropriate solutions. More information on the Accessibility Passport is available at the following link:
About the Government of Canada Workplace Accessibility Passport – Canada.ca
https://www.canada.ca/en/government/publicservice/wellness-inclusion-diversity-public-service/diversity-inclusion-public-service/accessibility-public-service/government-canada-workplace-accessibility-passport/about.html
Previously, your team utilized an internal case management system to record and manage case information, including accommodations. This system is only accessible by Human Resources professionals. Disability Management Advisors maintained the corporate records and led the disability management process to provide advice/guidance to employees and managers throughout the process.
The department has been instructed to improve and streamline the workplace accommodation process by integrating the Government of Canada Accessibility Passport into the accommodation process. You are asked by management to provide a 15 minute presentation on how you will implement this change and any anticipated impact to processes and your region.

Addressing Concerns and Refining the Project Framework and References
I have a couple of concerns at this point that we need to address as soon as possible:
1) The Project Framework is very general. You need to identify a specific theory or conceptual framework that you’ll use for this project. The Project Framework will then help you refine your research questions.
2) I did a quick sample of your References. I can’t find some of them, or I can’t find the articles. You need to supply the url for these journals if they are online, or find the physical journal.
The way forward:
1) Confirm each Reference is real.
2) For each wrong reference, correct it and then go to the in-text citation and fix.
3) For each wrong reference, correct the paraphrase or summary using the reference.
