Welcome to Organizational Behavior!
Even though it is not graded, our first discussion is important because it gives us a chance to share to introduce ourselves to the peers and understand our initial perspectives on organizational behavior. We can begin to sort out our ideas, analyze them, and evaluate their relationship to workplace issues such as productivity, quality of work life, leadership, etc.

Based on your reading, observations, experiences and thinking, what is your current view of organizational behavior? In your response, please share the type of organization you work in and what your role is in that organization. If you work from home, please share that too. Tell us something about the behavior in your work environment.

As you have already experienced during Week 1, this Discussion forum provides you with the flexibility to openly communicate and share ideas with your Doctoral Study Chair and colleagues. The more you are engaged in this process, the better your learning experience will be and the more opportunities you will have to receive support from your colleagues and Chair as you work toward the completion of components leading to the Doctoral Study. Your Discussion posts should be substantial and include references to scholarly sources and/or the Doctoral Study Rubric and Research Handbook, when appropriate.
Use the following suggestions to assist you in developing your Discussion posts:
