“Examining the Purpose of Enterprise Leadership in Organizations: A Critical Analysis of Post-Pandemic Approaches”
Essay Question:
“What is the purpose of enterprise leadership in organisations? Critically discuss, with reference to the 5 Mandatory readings and online materials from Modules 1-4.”
~
Enterprise leadership encourages managers and leaders to focus on complete organisational outcomes that maintain and improve overall performance. While enterprise leaders are well known for their ability to ’build’ organisations from the ground up, organisational success is often dependent on the leadership approach they adopt. Traditionally, the enterprise leaders’ primary goal was to generate wealth for shareholders by adopting top-down methods of managing and leading. However, in the current business climate of a post-pandemic era, many challenges within internal and external environments have identified the need for enterprise leaders to consider new ways of managing and leading, creating a shift toward a more ethical approach.
With a focus on the role of enterprise leadership, the purpose of this assessment is to examine the role that enterprise leadership plays in organisations in the post-pandemic era.
The five mandatory readings are:

“Comparing Method Selection Tool Results for Project Management in Ukraine and USA: A Simulation Study”
This will be the third and final paper in a three-paper dissertation series. The topic has been about how project managers select a method to manage their projects. Paper 1 was a literature review. In paper 2 I evaluated the differences in survey results for a program management method selection tool in the Ukraine to the results of a survey I completed here in the USA. This third paper uses the tool to simulate scenarios wherein the tool suggests the use of either the same or different methods. Papers 1 and 2 are supplied, as well as a draft version of the 3rd paper that this order will rewrite, and the tool and data set that was used to simulate the scenarios. The most important point of this paper 3 should be the differences in results with the tool using the Ukraine data set and the USA data set.
