Business administration and environments continuously change. Industry changes include new competitors, changing technology, different services and products, government regulation, naturals disasters, and more.
Organizational managers must be prepared and able to adapt to these changes by modifying strategic plans that allow the organization to achieve strategic goals. Most strategic plans are developed by executive- and senior-level managers with input from middle managers and other key employees. This means that when it’s time to modify these plans, there are several people involved, so everyone needs to be familiar with the organization’s plans.
Use your research about Apple Inc to answer the following questions:
What are some business-level and corporate-level strategies the organization is pursuing?
What industry changes do you think a middle manager in the business operations department would need to consider when modifying these strategies?
Include citations for sources used in your responses and references at the bottom of your post.
Only need a minimum of 150 words.

Title: “Amazon’s Evolution and Strategic Development: A Case Study Analysis” “Maximizing Power in Ocean Waves: A Case Study of RME’s Wave Energy Converter”
Your task is presenting one key element of an MIT Case Study to develop an informative speech of 4 and a half minutes (with a 30 second grace period) that summarizes your chosen/assigned case study in a way that is informative to your audience of junior-level business school classmates. In a way, your task is to teach them one key element of this case study. Keep in mind that what you emphasize may not be the “thesis” or “this is why the company made a good decision” element that is often present. Instead, you should focus on providing a concise and clear synthesis of one major aspect of the case. With the Amazon case from our sample speech, for example, you might make the company’s evolution and strategic development the major focus of your speech. That will be most of what you talk about, but you’d still want to briefly note/provide a basic explanation of the focus on long-term cash flow growth. Alternately, you might make that long-term cash flow choice the main focus of your speech, but you would still provide a very basic synthesis of the background/evolution of the company.
Your speech should have the normal components (introduction, conclusion, transitions, and a clear organizational structure) and should also do three key things: 1) Provide the necessary background information about the case study, 2) define key terms and concepts, and 3) provide a coherent and clear overview of at least one aspect of the case. You’ll necessarily have to select some things to emphasize and some things to pass briefly over. A strong clear thesis and preview will help your audience follow along. Practice, synthesis, and summary are crucial here. If you just try to present the whole case but cut it down to 4:30, you will struggle to complete the assignment and to reach the time limit. Instead, think of this informative speech as a new distinct thing that you are creating. With 4 and a half minutes, what are the key ideas of the case? What terms or concepts does your audience need to know to understand it? What background information is needed to grasp the case? What shared knowledge can you expect your audience to have and which terms will you need to explain? What quantitative data is crucial to the case and how can you present it verbally?
this assignment asks you to effectively use carefully-prepared visual aids. Many people create visual aids as their speech. That is, they open up Google Slides or PowerPoint and then create their whole speech by making slides. This makes for unclear speeches and ineffective visual aids! You’ll also need to teach certain terms or ideas. This assignment seems deceptively simple. Good summary is challenging, and it takes time and revision to do it well. We’re going to take that time with this assignment and the next one.
The task links to the following course-level learning objectives:
Determine when to effectively use visual technologies and speaking aids.
Habitually revise and edit work before making a presentation.
Produce examples of spoken and visual communication that are engaging, clear, professional, evidence-driven, ethical and persuasive
Evaluation:
The speech will be evaluated using the accompanying rubric. As the rubric indicates, there are three key things being assessed here: 1) Clarity—is there a clear thesis statement/view of the case, is the organization evident and sensible, and are background terms/ideas explained well?
2) Concision—does the speech fall within the time limits, carefully select what to focus on instead of trying to summarize everything equally, and cut out extra information? 3) Delivery—does the speech show careful practice, strong use of visual aids (including effective physical delivery of slides), extemporaneous speaking, good eye contact?
NOTE:
Please I need you help me with an outline, power point or google slide for the presentation (between 5 to 10 slides) and the the script of what I can said in the presentation about the case study it must be for 4:30 seconds CASE STUDY:

Marketing and Selling a New Allergy Information Software Application: Target Audience, Demographics, and 4 Ps Analysis “Analyzing a New Product Idea: A Framework for Understanding the Target Audience and Applying the 4Ps” “Enhancing Product Features for Maximum Sales: A Strategic Analysis”
Analyzing the Sales and Marketing of a New Software Application
In this homework assignment you are asked to determine the sales and marketing approach you would recommend for a new software application. The intent of this assignment is for you to apply your learned knowledge so far in the course to a realistic situation. It is not uncommon for a product manager to have a fellow employee come to you with an idea and be asked to determine how it would be marketed and sold. The focus here is to demonstrate your understanding of the marketing concepts and to be creative on how they are applied to the scenario. It is NOT for you to become an expert on marketing health related software products.
The Scenario
Imagine work as a product marketing manager for a software development company that offers a wide range of software products designed to help consumers manage their health. The typical products are exercise trackers, sleep trackers, nutrition trackers, etc. Some are desktop application-based and some run on portable devices such as Android and Apple tablets as well as Apple and Android phones. In other words, there is a wide depth of expertise in your company and they have asked you to analyze a new product idea. Don’t concern yourself with the product development costs or timeframes, strategy, etc. at this point. You might consider competition when determining the price.
The Product Idea
The new product idea is for an application that will provide allergy information to consumers so that those persons with food allergies can make informed choices about the risks of eating a specific food perhaps in a restaurant or while in the grocery store.
Your Analysis
Your job is to create a framework for understanding the target audience, some guesstimates about demographic aspects that could be used for determining the marketplace size as well as how to contact them, apply the 4 Ps as applicable, and to take a look at the key features as well as potential benefits to focus on when promoting/selling the product. How you mix and match these is up to you, but make sure to utilize enough concepts to show your understanding.
Provide your analysis using the following sections headings (as a starting point). (Feel free to add additional sections if you would like but please follow this format so I can track your thinking processes.) Make sure that you include references from the course readings and other sources using APA format to support WHY you are approaching the section topic/solution in the way that you present. You can express your opinion along the way but this paper cannot be based primarily on your opinion. If you need more information to perform the analysis feel free to make assumptions and then explain that it is an assumption and why you chose it.

Double-space all text, including headings.
Indent the first line of every paragraph 0.5 inches.
Use an accessible font (e.g., Times New Roman 12pt., Arial 11pt., or Georgia 11pt.).
Include a page number on every page.
Complete the following sections:
Describe your understanding of the situation and product you are investigating.
What is the name you are giving to the app you are evaluating? (Have fun!)
Describe your Ideal Customer for this application? What would be the primary need that the ideal customer is looking to fulfill.
Describe AT LEAST 3 demographic characteristics (i.e., age, gender, education, income, family status, etc.) of your Ideal Customer for this product. Explain your rationale for picking these characteristics.
For each characteristic from number 4, describe how you would use that demographic trait to find prospective buyers.
List AT LEAST 3 key features of the application that would be important to your Ideal Customer. Explain your rationale for picking these features.
List AT LEAST 3 key benefits that your Ideal Customer would gain from the purchase of this product or service. Explain our rationale for picking these benefits.
Discuss your analysis of the 4Ps with respect to this product and your Ideal Customer. Explain your analysis of each “P” and explain how it informs how you intend to sell the product. Briefly describe your rationale for: how you would explain the product to your ideal customer (product), where and how would you plan to sell the product to them (place), at what price would you offer the product (price) and what special offers (promotions) you would try to get them to use it.
How do you feel about your analysis? What is missing from it? What more would you have liked to know? Now that you have completed your analysis, what additional features do you think this product should have to make is most saleable? -

“Assessing the Viability of a Business Idea: A Case Study”
Entrepreneurs use business ideas to determine whether a business opportunity is worth pursuing. This
assessment is designed to determine whether your business idea has a fatal flaw. It is both positive and
beneficial to find a fatal flaw. Place a mark on “Yes”, “Don’t Know” or “No” on the ‘testing your idea
viability’ template (found on the LearnJCU subject site).
Summarise your idea using each of the following headings in no more than two pages.
• what is your ‘business idea;’
• description of your product or service;
• description of your market (i.e., What kind of customers or clients you expect, expressed in
both demographic and psychographic terms);
• what kind of customer relationships you will seek to achieve;
• what will be the ‘value proposition’ you offer to customers or clients;
• what goals you intend to achieve (i.e., achieving what, by when?);
• what partners (if any) you expect to have;
• what ‘key resources’ you will need;
• what competitors (if any) you expect to have; and, last but not least,
• what will be your ‘revenue model’ (i.e. How will your venture make money for you, bearing in
mind your knowledge of the likely customers/clients and your costs?)
You should also attach the results of your ‘testing the viability of your idea’.
Guidelines:
• Pages: two (excluding title page, table of content, references, and appendix)
