Group Proposal Paper.
Students will prepare a “group” proposal paper, using APA style. The paper will include the following sections, which form the basis of a sound and practical proposal for forming a group identified by Corey & Corey (2006): rationale; objectives; practical considerations; procedures; and an evaluation. Students will prepare the proposal as if it were to be given to an appropriate authority for operational consideration. This will be a paper that will reflect your proposal for establishing a group. The proposal can be for a variety of settings. Paper is limited to 6 pages, not including the reference list and any appendices used to support this proposal. The proposal process is a method to help clarify the nature of the group and procedures used in forming and operating a group. Overview of Format for the Group Proposal Paper: The group you are proposing should have a title and be applied to a specific area. Use references throughout your paper to support your selections of materials and include a reference list at the end of the paper. The proposal will include sections on:
Rationale: This section presents clear and convincing reasons for the group to be established. It covers the appropriateness of the group for the population selected.
Objectives: This section demonstrates the specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time phased goals and objectives. Goals and objectives are clear and direct.
Practical Considerations: This sections details membership, meeting times, frequency of meetings, and duration of group.
Procedures: This section includes the procedures selected to meet the objectives that were identified above. Selected procedures are appropriate and realistic for the population selected.
Evaluation: This section identifies the strategies used for evaluating how well the objectives were met. Evaluation methods are objective, practical, and relevant.
Recommendation: This section provides a summary recommendation on the implementation of the proposed group. It includes suggested start dates and any potential effects of delays.

The paper will require you to re-create the world in the entrepreneurial spirit. You need to imagine yourself and 100,000 other people exist in the world, all equally divided on the seven continents, and everyone alive has five million dollars in cash. No products exist, just raw materials. You decide which country you live in, but you are not allowed to do business with anyone from your country. The only other thing that exists is the current international laws. Make sure you do not violate any laws.
Create a plan to dominate the world and become the wealthiest person in the world by any means necessary. Remember, NOTHING exists, be realistic and thorough.
You are two classes away from graduating with a master’s degree. Show it in your attention to detail and creativity to solve problems. Also….you have five years to make it happen (dominate the world)!
Create an outline that demonstrates your strategy
Articulate how you would execute your plan and include a road map to show how your implementation will bring results.
Minimum of 6 pages (excluding references, title page, and abstract)
Clearly explain your path to accomplishing your task.

You will provide at least three paragraphs that highlight the misconduct, the ethical plan, and the benefit of that plan you have decided to use for your final proposal.
You must use the first paragraph to describe the ethical misconduct that occurred.
Then, describe what plan of action you would suggest the company take to make a positive ethical change. Will you be providing a code of ethics, a new policy, a better monitoring or reporting system, training, or something else?
Close with adding how this solution can be a benefit for the company in the future.

Overview
An important aspect of a change management strategy is to consider how different alternatives may impact future outcomes. Organizations often use the business case method to explore strategic alternatives as it helps simulate a real situation. Such simulations help with identifying business issues and provide critical information that organizations can then use to arrive at their own conclusions.
The VP of business development has asked you to analyze other organizations that have gone through the exit process. Outline and Requirements
Students will choose among the following topics[1]:
1.       Discuss the impact of business analytics on supply chain performance. Select a specific industrial sector and provide with case evidence on change/improvements on performance and cost/benefit perspectives
2.       Evaluate the impact of mergers and acquisitions events on the operations and SCM performance of merged organizations. Discuss the dimensions of operational (non-financial) and sustainability performances.

Discuss one of the topics above, through a critical review of academic literature. The report shall be a critical review of the literature available for the given topic; the purpose is to provide your reader with an overview of the research that has been done on your topic, and to evaluate the sources you are reviewing.
