This assignment focuses on examining current procedures used at the internship location to reduce human error. Prepare a paper, minimum of 8 pages in length, written according to APA format standards. In the paper describe how the organization provides, and documents, human factors education and training. Address fatigue, fitness, spatial disorientation, situational awareness, leadership and communication, hazardous attitudes, job aids, cockpit controls and layout, and motivation.  In the summary assess the effectiveness of current procedures and provide recommendations to strengthen current organizational practices.

This assignment relates specifically to weather theory in aviation. Please see my initial discussion post on my thoughts regarding the case study and the angle I was going for .

This module’s readings explored industry changes from historical and current perspectives. As we have seen, technological advancements can improve the efficiency of operations, while other events can contribute to its decline. Using your current aviation workplace (or one you plan to enter following graduation), demonstrate how your field has contributed to the aviation industry overall. This can be a technological advancement or an event that resulted in an operational or regulatory change. Consider sustainability initiatives, the introduction of new technology, or the grounding of a fleet due to an accident.

The airline industry is a service-focused industry, which provides an intense focus on employee relationships. Employees can significantly impact an airline in both a positive or negative manner.
Discuss how workplace changes have affected labor relations in the aviation industry.
Put together your ideas in approximately 250 words and post early in the week to allow others the opportunity to respond to your post. 

This is your consulting firm’s first opportunity to offer the financial implications of everything you’ve suggested. Hopefully, you’ve taken my advice throughout the semester and, as you formulated your response, have been keeping some financial data on the various pieces of your suggestion.
This will include both the flight department financial implications and the airline travel financial implication. GRAPHICS ARE YOUR FRIEND. I’m not saying throw a bunch of fluff in there but cash flows and budgets are a good thing to have represented graphically. There will still be a justification piece but graphics help to keep it concise.
