FRCP Assignment: Application of Rules of Procedure in Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada
Introduction
There are hundreds of jurisdictions in the United States on the state and federal level. Each jurisdiction can have its own set of laws, including rules of evidence and procedure that govern how an individual’s rights are protected. A defendant may receive greater protections in one state jurisdiction than in another. During our review of the material, in the book, understand that often you’re learning about federal law or common law. However, Florida law mirrors federal law very closely. For example, the Federal Rules of Evidence and Florida Rules of Evidence are nearly identical substantively and are even numbered similarly. Florida simply adds a “90” in front of its rules of evidence. Federal Rule of Evidence 403 is 90.403 in Florida. As we learn more about the different laws that govern criminal procedure feel comfortable that your knowledge will be easily applied to any Florida scenario. Unless specified, please use Florida law when answering your assignments.
Case
Read the case of Hiibel vs. Sixth Judicial Court of Nevada, in Chapter 4, page 134, of your book; Reference the full Hiibel case for the 5th amendmentLinks to an external site.. Is the “Stop and Identify” Law Reasonable?
Directions
Each FRCP assignment is an opportunity for you to explore and learn more about the rules of procedure for Florida. The rules of procedure are extensive, but once you learn to navigate them they will provide answers to most criminal procedure questions a person may encounter. You will apply the rules of procedure that are relevant to the legal scenario in your book. To complete your FRCP Assignment, you must:
Identify two rules of procedure that apply to the legal issues discussed in the case;
Summarize the meaning of two rules, including the relevant subsections;
Explain why you think the rules apply to the legal issues in the case (support your opinion by citing specific references to the language in the case);
Don’t forget to address both the 4th and 5th amendment.
Format
Please use the following format for the FRCP Assignment:
Use APA format and cite sources, as necessary. If you need a refresher on APA, reference the APA Learning Unit. Do your resources meet the CRAAP test? Review CRAAP Test Reference page for more information.
Your answer must be a minimum of three (3) paragraphs of five (5) to seven (7) sentences.
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double spaced.
All FRCP Assignments should be submitted in PDF format.

Title: The Impact of Environmental Information on Consumers’ Willingness to Pay for Green Delivery Services: A Discussion and Conclusion
You need to help continue writing based on the previous content and add it to the table of contents.
6.Discussion and conclusion
In the previous sections, the data from the experimental questionnaire is analyzed, and the results are examined. The final chapter of this research discusses and concludes the main findings. You need to discuss the results to support or reject the hypothesis. Additionally, the theoretical contributions are discussed.
The subheadings are:
6.1. Discussion of the results
Discuss the results to support or reject the hypothesis. Additionally, discuss the theoretical contributions.
H1: Consumers who receive environmental information will demonstrate a higher willingness to pay for green delivery options compared to consumers who do not receive such information.
H2: The willingness to pay a premium for green delivery services among educated consumers is positively correlated with the level of environmental savings (e.g., CO2 reduction) provided by these services, but the relationship is not linear.
H3: The impact of environmental information on the willingness to pay for green delivery services varies between hedonic and functional products, with a greater effect observed for deliveries of hedonic products.
6.2. Practical implications
6.3. Limitations and future research
6.4. Conclusion
In the fifth section, I analyzed and obtained: This suggests that participants perceive small CO2 savings (10% and 20%) as not worth the extra cost, leading some to even choose negative values (indicating that the company should provide them with a refund for supporting CO2 saving products). When CO2 savings reach 50% and above, participants feel that the company’s effort is substantial enough to warrant paying more. Overall, the data on the graph shows a linear positive correlation from 10% to 90% CO2 savings.
You need to find more literature supporting this statement in the sixth section and include it in 6.1 and 6.2. -

Title: Cultural Fusion and Hybridity in American Cuisine: A Historical Analysis
Presentation Prompt
Analyze a cultural practice or representation from the U.S. culture that illustrates cultural fusion and hybridity.
Instructions
Topics include food, dance, music, art, literature, architecture, YouTube/internet, film and television, language, festivals, fashion, or sports (you can also do a topic not on this list related to culture.)
Your analysis should be historical. You want to trace the evolution of cultural hybridity over time.
This is an in-class presentation only.
For your presentation, each student will want to have a central argument about how your topic illustrates cultural fusion, and provide examples from your research to support your argument.
There are several formats you can use. You can create a PowerPoint slide show, in which each member contributes slides, or you can create a video using the “Studio” link on the left-hand side navigation bar.
Find an article, book, or website about how your topic illustrates cultural fusion and hybridity using the LACC library databasesor websites with .org or .edu extensions. For example, if you are in the music group, you could research how rock music is influenced by different cultures, like blues and country music. Or if you are in the sports group, you might want to look at how the NBA is influenced by the recruitment of players from other cultures than the United States. Break your topic down into separate examples, with each group member focusing on one example.
Each student should have at least 4 slides, and if you are submitting an online presentation; please label your contribution to the presentation with your name. -
