“Confucius and Ethical Communication: Examining the Life and Ideas of a Chinese Philosopher” Confucius and Ethical Communication: Examining the Life and Ideas of a Chinese Philosopher Biographical Information: Confucius, also
Biographical Information: Who is this person? What is their biographical information, especially as it relates to their philosophical view of communication and ethics? This helps us understand what life experience might have shaped their ideas, and the nature of the culture and the history of the times. This always helps us evaluate how useful an ethicist’s ideas are to our contemporary situation.
What is their specific view(s) on communication? If they do not write specifically about communication, then how do others view their stance on ethical communication? Use specific examples to help us better understand what the ethicist was saying and how we might apply those ideas to a communication situation today. This is key: your report must focus on the ethical communication guidelines or philosophy of your ethicist, not just on their philosophy of life, of humans and of communication in general.
A section where you insert your education analysis of this ethicist and their approach to ethical communication (strengths and weaknesses). This is where YOU get to insert your opinion through analysis.
A reminder on the practical matters: Approximately 7 to 9 pages in length, typed, double-spaced. You should aim for a source per page. Always evaluate the source of information you find on the web to make sure you can defend the credibility of the source. It is much safer to use articles and observations from published books and academic articles as these have been reviewed by other scholars before publication.

Title: “Empowering Education: From a Village Library to Cornell’s Inclusive Community”
college or school to which you are applying.
In the aftermath of the U.S. Civil War, Ezra Cornell wrote, “I would found an institution where any person can find instruction in any study.” For over 150 years, Cornell University has remained deeply committed to Ezra’s vision. Explain how your life experiences will help inform your contributions to a learning community devoted to “… any person … any study.” We encourage you to think broadly about your life experiences, including how local (e.g., family, school, neighborhood) or global communities you’ve been part of have helped shape your perspective. (350 word limit)
Admissions wants to know what has made you into the person you are today and how those experiences will affect the way you engage with and contribute to the Cornell community. Start by thinking about the kinds of experiences you’ve had in the communities you’ve been a part of thus far. Then, think about how those meaningful encounters will affect your time at Cornell. Maybe you had to fill in as head camp counselor when your team lead was sick—did that teach you the importance of stepping up when unexpected opportunities arise? Remember: admissions wants to invite students to campus who are excited about the chance to meet people from all walks of life and won’t shy away from newness and difference. So, tell a story about an experience that has shaped you and connect the lessons you learned to the ways in which you will contribute to inclusivity on campus next fall.
Write in a story format where school going children had and still have less access to internet, more number of children in the family and less number of devices for online classes especially after covid, started an computer library in the village where kids can work and study at their convenience, provided wifi and printer facilities, at village grampanchayat office through fund raiser. add how this can help me contribute in cornell community.
Discuss how these experiences have developed your leadership and organizational skills. At Cornell, you can engage in community service initiatives and inspire others to contribute to social causes.
Craft a compelling narrative about how your life experiences will inform and enhance your contributions to Cornell University’s diverse and inclusive learning community. -

You will be expected to support your arguments using a limited number (2-4) of key references from peer-reviewed literature or scholarly books.

Title: “The Evolution of Self: How Personal Characteristics and Family Culture Shape Identity” Personal Opinion: I found this post to be very introspective and relatable. The author’s description of their characteristics and how they have been shaped by their
POST 1
Hi! I’m Kir and the characteristics that I use to describe myself are loyal, funny, critical, determined, stoic, empathetic, courageous, flexible, slightly ambitious, stubborn, and helpful.
I am shaped by the people, circumstances and experiences in my life. Each role that I have played (daughter, sister, employee, wife, mother, manager, volunteer), every lesson I’ve learned, and each decision that I have made both big and small has left its mark on me and propelled my personal evolution forward. The person I was at 22 is different from who I was at 32 and different again from who I am today. I like to think that I keep becoming a better version of myself but that could be just another self-illusion. The positive self-illusion I use the most is the downward social comparison to make myself feel better. I am very self-aware and self-critical and I’m constantly shifting my perspective to focus on more the positive aspects of my life to avoid ruminating on negative thoughts (Safdar & Sanderson, 2021, p. 46). By making the downward social comparisons I can adjust how I perceive my own characteristics and experiences and while it might not be the best strategy, it has helped me improve my mental state when I’m really feeling low (Makridakis, S., & Moleskis, A. (2015).
My family culture has played the biggest role in how I define myself and make decisions. The values that I have been surrounded by have helped shaped me and continue to influence the choices I make and how I move forward in life. My family is at the centre of my world and the shared values guide how I live. There is a huge emphasis on hard work, loyalty, ethics, compassion and helpfulness that runs deep in my family and these values have shaped who I am, the goals that I set and how I make decisions. Sometimes, I feel the ingrained cultural pressure is heavy and it holds me back because I have to uphold these high value traits even when they might not be in my best interests but are in the interest of ‘the greater good’.
WRITE PERSONAL OPNION HOW DO YOU LIKE POST AFTER READING WHOLE as well summarize it in own word by framing the question which question. can be asked from this post .
