  • “Exploring the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping: A Presentation on the Theories of Dorsey and Murdaugh”

I think and believe that I have sent everything.
My Theorists are Dorsey and Murdaugh
The health Model I chose was the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping and Health Behavior Lazarus.
The discussion 6.1 document was supposed to be about my theorist, but I messed it up.
I also added the rubric for assignment 3.2 with comments that must be added to the PowerPoint presentation.
This whole presentation needs to be no longer than 20 minutes long when I have to make the video.
I also added the assignment directions for 3.2 of how this PowerPoint was to be.
I also added the Theory Project Overview.
The INFOGRAPHIC also needs to be added.
I sent my Textbook. They are talking about Chapter 10, which I believe is pages 195-222.
The bibliography must be added as well.
I have added everything needed; I need it to be reviewed and put together.
I am starting a new job, and it is night shift, and I have not worked nights in three months. I appreciate your help so much.
Most of the references are there as well.
there has to be an equal number of primary sources and secondary sources

  • Exploring the Prevalence of Male Sexual Assault and the Need for Safe Spaces in Society

The first topic that I chose was Criminal Behavior and Mental Health. The article of choice is “An examination of associations between sexual assault and health problems, depression or suicidal ideation in a large nationally representation cohort of male and female 20-30 years olds” (Turgumbayev 2023)
According to the article it states “A long line of research has examined whether being a victim of sexual assault is associated with negative and maladaptive outcomes, but has mainly focused on women and girls.” Society has defined sexual assault as something that is more common for females and are less common in males. Society has scrutinize the perspective of a male speaking on being sexual assaulted due to the higher complaints come from mostly female. So does this mean that males are not being sexually assaulted due to the statistics?
After completing some research, I found an article that speaks about the statistic for a male reporting a sexual assault. According to (Rainn) “As of 1998, 2.78 million men in the U.S. has been victims of attempted or completed rape. About 3% of American men or 1 in 33 had been victims of attempted or completed rape in their lifetime. 1 out of every 10 rape victims are male.” As a community how can we allow a safe space for a male that has been sexually assaulted comfortable enough to speak about a crime that is directed towards females.

  • Title: Understanding and Addressing Substance Abuse in a Client Using Cognitive and Social Learning Theories

Select a client problem of your choice. Provide a brief description of the client system and problem.
    2. Choose two theories from this course to explain the behavior/challenge and the factors that will influence your/other’s change efforts.
    3. In a narrative format, provide a description of the individual’s behavior and the factors influencing it (use the core concepts of the theory as bolded subheadings). Example: Within cognitive theory, you would include a subheading for self-efficacy, and provide a narrative assessment of the individual’s self-efficacy in relation to the behavior. Complete these descriptions/assessments for all of the major concepts in the theory.
    4. Next, draw from the theory to make recommendations for fostering the individual’s change (e.g. enhancing self-efficacy, altering problem-saturated narratives, increasing knowledge of risk, etc.).
    5. Repeat steps three and four with the second theory.
    6. Compare and contrast the differences and similarities in these theories in terms of how the relevant behaviors are explained.
    7. What are the strengths and limitations of each theory in providing a valid explanation?

  • “Creating a City: My Values vs. Roman Values” My ideal city is called “Harmony City” and it is a modern, sustainable and inclusive city that reflects my personal values. In Harmony City, public buildings are designed to promote community engagement

This assignment requires a drawing. I am okay with just a rough draft of where things are and I will take it from there. Sources for this module are attached.
Cities show a lots about what our values are. You can see the Roman values of public culture, civic pride, and piety in its forums, basilicas, and temples. This assignment will have you create a city according to your own values and compare it to the cities of the Romans. Here is what you need to do:
Make a drawing or plan of your ideal city (it can be modern or futuristic). Be sure to include:
    A. at least 7 public buildings (could be town hall, school, church, theaters, sports arena, parks… or none of these, what buildings do you want?)
    B. Show the different zones: residential (where people live), commercial (where businesses are), and industrial (where stuff is made)
    C. Make sure to show streets and any sort of mass transit you will have
    D. Write a paragraph about why your city is the way it is. Compare your city to a Roman city. Make SURE TO MAKE THESE COMPARISONS WITH ROME. YOU WILL NOT GET A GOOD GRADE UNLESS YOU DO!
