    Hello, everyone, I am delighted to be here with you all to share my strategic plan in hopes of meeting our needs for both our clients and employees. The mission here at Acme Health Care is to provide professional and affordable services to anyone in the local area seeking services. However, this has become a bit difficult to meet as we have been having a shortage of employees. The main issue is keeping our staff happy, not overworking them and well compensated. All these things have been hard to maintain and keep but I am here in hopes of presenting a plan that might work in improving these issues for a more consistent staff and happy and content ones. How many of you have left or considered leaving a job because of the work enviorment and or compensation? Nobody likes to work in a toxic enviorment where they feel unappreciated. The culture of any agency and/or organization is key to its success.
    My name is Anny Rozon, and I would say that I am the ideal person to be here in front of you all sharing this plan. Why might you ask, well I have had a passion for helping the lives and assisting others in my community. To be the voice of those who are not heard. I would not stand for anything else for myself, so why not help those around me in need, wouldn’t you? Obtaining my BA in human services goes to show that I am working towards gathering all the knowledge I need to most successfully help those around me in need.  In this case I have been working on a strategic plan to target and fix the issues with our staffing problems and finding solutions to keeping them happy at work within our agency.
    We are all aware that money talks, right? If we are well compensated, we would be happier at work and look forward to it. No one likes to feel overworked because of lack of staffing and on top of that underpaid or not well paid. The services our agency offers depend on how the employees deliver it, if we keep them happy, we keep the whole thing flowing just as it should. It is important we gather all the tools and information there is to change this around and make this agency more efficient and less toxic for our workers.
    So, the main goal of this proposal is to find a way to make the staff happy and not burn out. The only way to do this is by getting more funding to be able to hire more staff so that everything is equally balanced across the board. To be able to provide the best service we must make sure to be working from the inside out, meaning keeping those who work for us happy to maintain and deliver our mission. As we get through this presentation well discuss more in depth how I will execute these ideas and accomplish my strategic plan. At the end of my presentation, I am sure some will have lots of questions and I would be happy to answer as many questions as I’m able to answer. Let us begin!
