For the Control Chart Assignment you will have a chance to practice your skills by creating and analyzing control charts for 5 different sample readings. Use Excel template provided and the Sample Data 1 to answer Q1, Sample Data 2 to answer Q2 etc. You will enter the sample data representing the number of defect into the Green Shaded Cells.
The spreadsheet is set up to calculate the following key elements of information that you can use to analyze what is going on with each process scenario.
For this exercise you are the PM for your project and have taken a series of 15 readings over 15 days to measure the number of defects in your process. Once you enter the data set the spreadsheet will generate the control chart plot.
For each of the 5 scenarios perform the calculations, and then interpret the control chart and state if the process is in control or not along with supporting rational. Include a screen shot of your plot when discussing your analysis for each scenario.
Your analysis should also include comments and observations on the process when the Z value (Sets the Control Limits) is changed. What if you move from 2 to 3? What is the impact?
Control Chart Exercise (Student)-1.xlsx Download Control Chart Exercise (Student)-1.xlsx
Refer to the 8 tests (or rules) in the lecture slides and on pages 133-135 of Pocket Toolbook.
When using the spreadsheet:
The Z value sets where the control lines are drawn in the graph. The results box lists the standard deviation. If you change the Z value to 1 you will see that the control limits are drawn at 1 standard deviation which represents Zone c. If you change the Z value to 2 the control limits are drawn to outline the B zone and 3 the A zone. You can change the Z values to outline the Zones and make it easier to apply the 8 Shewart (Western Electric) Rules to each data set to determine if the data is out of control and if it is by what rule.

Mulvale, G., Embrett, M., & Shaghayegh, D. R. (2016). ‘Gearing up’ to improve interprofessional collaboration in primary care: A systematic review and conceptual framework. BMC Family Practice, 17.
Having reviewed the information gleaned from your professional interview and identified the issue, you will determine and present an objective for an interdisciplinary intervention to address the issue.
Note: You will not be expected to implement the plan during this course. However, the plan should be evidence-based and realistic within the context of the issue and your interviewee’s organization.
For this assessment, use the context of the organization where you conducted your interview to develop a viable plan for an interdisciplinary team to address the issue you identified. Define a specific patient or organizational outcome or objective based on the information gathered in your interview.
The goal of this assessment is to clearly lay out the improvement objective for your planned interdisciplinary intervention of the issue you identified. Additionally, be sure to further build on the leadership, change, and collaboration research you completed in the previous assessment. Look for specific, real-world ways in which those strategies and best practices could be applied to encourage buy-in for the plan or facilitate the implementation of the plan for the best possible outcome.
Using the Interdisciplinary Plan Proposal Template [DOCX] Download Interdisciplinary Plan Proposal Template [DOCX]will help you stay organized and concise. As you complete each section of the template, make sure you apply APA format to in-text citations for the evidence and best practices that inform your plan, as well as the reference list at the end.
Additionally, be sure that your plan addresses the following, which corresponds to the grading criteria in the scoring guide. Please study the scoring guide carefully so you understand what is needed for a distinguished score.
Describe an objective and predictions for an evidence-based interdisciplinary plan to achieve a specific goal related to improving patient or organizational outcomes.
Explain a change theory and a leadership strategy, supported by relevant evidence, that is most likely to help an interdisciplinary team succeed in collaborating and implementing, or creating buy-in for, the project plan.
Explain the collaboration needed by an interdisciplinary team to improve the likelihood of achieving the plan’s objective. Include best practices of interdisciplinary collaboration from the literature.
Explain organizational resources, including a financial budget, needed for the plan to succeed and the impacts on those resources if the improvements described in the plan are not made.
Communicate the interdisciplinary plan, with writing that is clear, logically organized, and professional, with correct grammar and spelling, using current APA style.
Length of submission: Use the provided template. Remember that part of this assessment is to make the plan easy to understand and use, so it is critical that you are clear and concise. Most submissions will be 2–4 pages in length. Be sure to include a reference page at the end of the plan.
Number of references: Cite a minimum of 3 sources of scholarly or professional evidence that support your central ideas. Resources should be no more than 5 years old.
APA formatting: Make sure that in-text citations and reference list follow current APA style.
Note: Faculty may use the Writing Feedback Tool when grading this assessment. The Writing Feedback Tool is designed to provide you with guidance and resources to develop your writing based on five core skills. You will find writing feedback in the Scoring Guide for the assessment, once your work has been evaluated.
Portfolio Prompt: Remember to save the final assessment to your ePortfolio so that you may refer to it as you complete the final Capstone course.

Title: Persuasive Speech Outline: Institutions and Their Impact on SocietyInstutions
Typed Outline: Submit a 2-page typed outline in the correct format.
Integrate five sources indicated in bold and parentheses where citations are
planned during the speech (I will be given out loud). Refer to the (example
outline) provided below. Use the outline as a template and format your speech
outline like the example that I mentioned. Unlike informative speech, where
you just give information about your topic, (persuasive speech) requires that
you choose one side of an issue and PERSUADE the audience to agree with you. End
the outline with a quotation like the example outline.
 (Remember you’re not telling both
sides of the story but you’re choosing one side of the story and you’re going
to stick with that and persuasive the audience to agree with you. For example,
Martin Luther King speech was one of the greatest speeches). The topic must be
convincing to us, like you believe in it. Just like Martin Luther King said (I
have a dream!) and he did not say (I think I have a dream). It can be a dramatic
speech with emotions or a sad speech. Please write a topic that is caring and
can be deliver with some element of passion with emotions, and sadness. Avoid
the following topics, balanced budget, federal deficit, capital punishment,
abortion, homophobia, transgender, skin color, discrimination, racism.
