Write a 2-page paper describing, from your analysis of the data, how you
see yourself and how others see you as a leader. Discuss the accuracy
of your scores and explain the scores’ meaning in terms of your
leadership ability. (20 pt.; 1 hour). Be sure to use quotations in APA
format from the text.
Lastly, as you write your papers, you should be citing your Northouse
text multiple times and in multiple ways. Something I noticed while
reading papers in previous classes was that the in text citations
(paraphrasing) and direct quote citations are not always done
correctly. For example, an APA in-text citation (meaning you
are paraphrasing) style uses the author’s last name and the year of
publication, for example: (Field, 2005). For direct quotations, include
the page number as well, for example: (Field, 2005, p. 14). You will
always want to ensure there is proper citation in your reference list at
the end of your papers, as well. It is also important that you go to the Resources tab and view the grading rubrics so you know what you will be assessed on.

“Evaluating the Efficacy of a Digital Prenatal Education Program: A Pre- and Post-Intervention Assessment Strategy”
Lara Ashton
May 1, 2024, 8:22 PM
Read
Hello Class,
In order to assess the efficacy of a digital prenatal education program that aims to increase the knowledge of prenatal women by 30% in ANCs, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation. The method should involve the implementation of a pre- and post-intervention assessment strategy (O’Neill et al., 2020). At the beginning, the women’s prenatal knowledge should be evaluated through a structured questionnaire that covers the main learning targets of the education program. Such an initial assessment provides a starting point that can be used to compare the effectiveness of the intervention later. After six months of posting the digital program, the same examination should be provided to the same group or the matched cohort of outpatients who attend the clinic. The 30% increase in the average knowledge scores at the end of the end of the intervention would serve as confirmation of the educational intervention. This qualitative approach is not only a good indication of the program’s influence, but it also helps to gather objective assessments.
Using the structured assessment technique brings many benefits. Firstly, it enables the evidence-based decision-making process by offering real data on the program’s efficiency, which is of utmost importance for the sustenance or enlargement of the program. Meanwhile, it helps to find the weak spots in the content or delivery, but also the ability to give timely responses. This is very essential to the program’s ability to act as a channel of communication between the program and its audience and is also important in meeting the program’s educational objectives.
Also, manifesting tangible progress through data boosts trust among stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and potential funders (Daraojimba et al., 2023). This certainty can give rise to more trust and even more funding being directed toward the project. Furthermore, if the initiative demonstrates success, the analysis identifies a starting point for the spread of the program to other regions or modifying it to suit different populations. At last, this evaluation method opens the door for nursing staff’s reflective practice, which increases the number of digital instruments being applied in prenatal care and elevates education and engagement. Consequently, the systematic evaluation not only allows for the analysis of the direct impact of educational programs but also brings to light more comprehensive improvements in professional healthcare practice and patient outcomes.

Executive Report: Change Management Plan for AGC’s Global Human Capital Management Problems
Key Assignment – Part 1
The board of directors at AGC needs a status update on your
change management project. Shawn asks you to write an executive report for John
and the board of directors about the change management process and the progress
being made toward resolving the global human capital management problems
at AGC. This report will be shared at an upcoming investor
meeting. Because the future success of AGC depends on achieving its human
capital management goals, the board of directors wants to ensure that investors
understand that it has changed its strategy to align human capital goals with
its organizational goals.
Review the AGC scenario for this course and prepare a
executive report that describes the steps in your change
management plan, including the following:
Diagnosis: A summary of AGC’s problems, how they were diagnosed, and your
conclusions regarding the root causes.
Intervention: A description of human
capital management strategies that you recommended to create change at AGC
and how they were implemented.
Evaluation: How did you measure the
effectiveness of your change management plan? What were the effects on the
employees and the organization’s market performance?

“The Deadly Influence of Obedience and Conformity: A Critical Analysis of The People’s Temple and Jonestown Tragedy”
Consider all you have learned from your research on The People’s Temple and Jonestown and answer this in detail: what role did obedience play? What role did conformity play? Do you think the outcome could have been different? This paper is analysis. You should consult all the boards you did during the semester, too, especially, those on Obedience, Conformity and how a Group can affect individual thinking, since there is much good material there, but remember, if you quote from a classmate, you must document that, too. This part of the paper does not require research. I am looking for more contemplation here, since it would tie together much of what we did over the course of the semester – in terms of group thinking and behavior, conformity, and obedience. Use solid examples to illustrate what you are saying and explain yourself so that connections are clear. Keep in mind that I am asking you to address all three of these concepts, so do not allow one to take over the paper, meaning this is NOT a paper about any one thing, but rather about the concepts we discussed and how each plays a role in this event. You must discuss each of the three and how they can be applied to The People’s Temple and Jonestown.
