Title: “A Critical Analysis of ‘In The Light of Reverence’: Exploring the Impact of the Film’s Depiction of Indigenous Spirituality on Cultural Preservation and Resource Management”
Your task is to watch one of the documentaries, likely more than once, and then craft a reaction review essay structured and focused following the help guides and examples located in the extra credit module. This is an academic paper (not too unlike your review of the Deloria book) which requires you to identify a particular angle (thesis/argument) to pursue in your writing, which then becomes the focus of your paper. Include in your review what and how the documentary touched upon, what evidences did the documentary present to support the argument, and how such points identify the intent of the film’s creator. You need to give evidence to support your analysis, you cannot rely on “I feel,” “I believe,” “I think,” or other opinion based arguments. Give me the evidence!! You must also offer evidence about aspects of the documentary you disagree with. Remember, this is a critical analysis of both the film’s positive and negative points. Also consider how the documentary compares with what you have learned this semester, to other films, or to your own personal experiences? Again, I stress, for every key point you discuss you must use examples from the documentary as evidence to support your argument. Two to three examples for each point should be sufficient. You will be evaluating the documentary in this section. Craft a conclusion that offers a summary of your position piece.
The films you may work with are:
Don’t get sick After June: American Indian Healthcare

Rumble: The Indians Who Rocked the World
Who Owns the Past? https://www.kanopy.com/en/product/rumble?vp=rose
In The Light of Reverence http://docuseek2.com/cart/product/117
There needs to be around 5-10 specific examples from the documentary used in the essay and then explained.
Attached as a file, there is a file that explains exactly how to write the reaction paper that my professor provided me with. -

Title: “Uncovering the Hidden Narratives: The Responsibility of Journalists and the Media in Reporting on Racial Violence and Policing”
***DO NOT USE AI****
The main thesis or argument of this essay is that journalists and the media have a responsibility to adopt a more philosophical and contextual approach when reporting on racial violence, policing, and issues impacting marginalized communities. The essay argues that the traditional paradigm of “objective” crime reporting often lacks necessary historical and cultural context, reducing victims to statistics and unintentionally perpetuating narratives that dehumanize and erase the identities of oppressed groups.
I need you to make this paper stronger, the structure better, and the length up to 1200 words. Also, you can only use three sources. I have uploaded one that is the three chapters from this one book by Barrett Pitner “A Crime Without a Name” [they are divided by chapters so they count as one… you have to use quotes from each chapter] and two news stories that contains speeches from Trump [you can use the speeches in the paper I wrote].
Important concepts that must be in the essay and should be clarified is, “ethnocide,” “master-slave dialect”, and “Geismord” [They are based on Pitner’s book so use quotes from there to address/explain them]. -
“Improving Interdisciplinary Collaboration in the Healthcare Setting: An Interview-Based Analysis of Organizational Issues and Solutions”
Interview a health care professional such as a fellow learner, nursing colleague, administrator, business partner, or another appropriate person who could provide you with sufficient information regarding an organizational problem that he or she is experiencing or has experienced, or an area where they are seeking improvements.
Report on the information that you collected in your interview, analyzing the interview data and identifying a past or current issue that would benefit from an interdisciplinary approach. This could be an issue that has not been addressed by an interdisciplinary approach or one that could benefit from improvements related to the interdisciplinary approach currently being used. You will discuss the interview strategy that you used to collect information. Your interview strategy should be supported by citations from the literature.
Create a 2–4 page report on an interview you have conducted with a health care professional. You will identify an issue from the interview that could be improved with an interdisciplinary approach, and review best practices and evidence to address the issue.
Summarize an interview focused on past or current issues at a health care organization.
Identify an issue from an interview for which an evidence-based interdisciplinary approach would be appropriate.
Describe potential change theories and leadership strategies that could inform an interdisciplinary solution to an organizational issue.
Describe collaboration approaches from the literature that could facilitate establishing or improving an interdisciplinary team to address an organizational issue.
Length of submission: Use the provided template. Most submissions will be 2–4 pages in length. Be sure to include a reference page at the end of the plan.
Number of references: Cite a minimum of 3 sources of scholarly or professional evidence that support your central ideas. Resources should be no more than 5 years old.
APA formatting: Make sure that in-text citations and reference list follow current APA style. -
