    The U.S. workforce is becoming increasingly diverse. Hence, the instructor believes that the
    ability to successfully deal with diversity is an important skill that students should possess.
    Therefore, one of the learning outcomes that this assignment seeks to achieve is the ability to
    deal to deal with diversity and work towards a common objective while overcoming interpersonal
    conflicts that may arise.
    The first section of this group project report should be an executive summary. The second section
