First, using 3-4 sentences per theory, describe four learning theories that you learned during your interdisciplinary learning. For each theory, name the theorist and define the theory.
Next, explain how and why the theories can be used in your career. Offer details about how the theories you studied will allow you to create a framework that that supports problem solving in your future career. How will these theories support you in being an effective interdisciplinary skills-based leader?
