1.     Briefly introduce the chosen topic and corresponding legal issues.
2.     Using electronic research, locate a minimum of three research sources to analyze the key legal issues of the chosen topic. At least one source must be a relevant court decision (if possible, find a US Supreme Court decision).
3.     Provide an argument in favor of one of the issues and an argument against the issue. Be sure to use your research sources in your arguments. Conclude as to which you feel is the stronger argument. 
4.     Could issues of diversity, equity and inclusion impact this issue?
5.     In one paragraph, discuss the sources you used for this assignment. What forms of research sources did you use? (Scholarly articles? Magazine articles? Where did you locate the case decision? Then explain how these are reliable forms of research). 
6.     Present your findings in 2 double-spaced pages.
MLA format required. Minimum of 2 double-spaced pages. In addition to the two pages, must have a Works Cited page with a minimum of 3 sources including the case.
