The subsequent written assignment should answer the following questions: 1) What type of experience did you engage in (date, time, place, etc.)?; 2) Why did you choose this experience?; 3) What were your knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs regarding the experience before engaging in it?; 4) What were your expectations of the experience?; 5) What exactly occurred during the experience?; 6) What were your thoughts and feelings during the experience?; 6) What were your thoughts and feelings immediately after the experience?; 7) How did the experience change your knowledge, values, attitudes, and beliefs regarding the experience?; 8) How might this experience influence you in your personal or professional life in the future?
