“The Last Straw” Characters: SARAH – Protagonist, mid-30s, struggling single mother JASON – Antagonist, Sarah’s ex-husband, mid-30s LUCY – Sarah’s daughter

It should utilize all the elements of playwriting as discussed before. It should not be “cinematic” like film. It should be only be in a couple locations and have minimal stage directions. (Remember, plays are dialogue based.) The number of characters should be kept to a minimum.
3. The play should have a protagonist, antagonist and have a beginning, middle, a climax and an end.
4. You MUST use the format for playwriting I gave you. Make sure you double check the example: 12point Courier, etc.
