Title: Developing a Comprehensive Care Plan for a Patient with COPD

This is an assignment involving using a patient scenario to write a 800 word care plan (care plan template given) and a 1200 words discussion of the care plan using evidence to support the care for the patient. i have included the patient scenario to use, the care plan template to use, the assignment guidelines and two examples to guide.
