In this assignment, you will be completing a focused exam (chest pain) for Brian Foster (a digital clinical experience: Shadow Health). I have uploaded the transcript for the assessment that was collected through shadow health. You will need this transcript to complete the assignment. You will need to use the template that is uploaded, and the ROS should be documented in bullet format and systems in order from head to toe. Be sure to include an introduction, purpose statement, and conclusion. You will need at minimum 3 differential diagnoses. Please refer to the rubric for further information.
