Phase 4: Final Report and Presentation
Instructions
For your final project submission, you will build a complete strategic plan that includes:
Strategy Formulation,
Strategy Implementation, and
Strategy Evaluation
Your final submission should include an Executive Summary, which is to be posted in the Strategic Plan Project Discussion forum in Unit 11. The summaries will be reviewed by and discussed among your peers.
