Complete a 800 word Strategic Audit of
your chosen organisation’s financial and business performance over the past
3 years (30% of assessment mark).

Complete a 2000 word Analysis (50% of
assessment mark) that explains and justifies the strategic actions you have
identified in the Executive Summary.

Write up a 400 word Critical Reflection (10%
of assessment mark) on what you have learnt whilst completing this management
report, this is about what you learnt working on this report and not about
the organisation or its performance. This must reflect your written
preparation for each weekly tutorial.
