need to write an outline for a persuasvive speech and present it to the teacher. Here is the instructions: Choosing your topic: Frame your speech to address an argument of fact, value, or policy. (See last few paragraphs in Chapter 11.2 for examples)
1.    Arguments of fact: designed to convince an audience that something is or is not true or does or does not exist
2.    Arguments of value: designed to convince your audience that something is good, bad, desirable, undesirable, fair, unfair, etc.
3.    Arguments of policy: designed to convince that they should take or support a specific course of action
