Title: “Proofreading and Revision of White Paper Draft”

PLEASE READ BELOW:
See attached Proofreading_WP_Draft and concentrate on the following aspects:
1. Per our template and instructions paragraphs should not have more than 10 lines.  Please take a look and break them down to meet requirements if necessary. 
2. Take a look at the rubric and advise if the paper is whitin the Far Exeeds Standard Colum.  If not advise what corrections are needed and adjust as neccesary.  
3.  Please get rid of the all the passive voice sentences (if possible) and adjust as needed to reflect active.  
4. Paper should include the following:

History/Background and Context
Problem (Defined)
Discussion to relate point of view from sources used
Writer takes a position
Solution/s
Conclusion.
